Went to drop off Amazon return items and the customer service was awful. Amazon has an option to drop off at ups stores. Usually you just drop it off and they label it. For some reason the option I had was "customer pack" I did not have the box taped. When I arrived I was informed it needed taped and they would charge me $2.99 just to tape the small box shut. Avoid this UPS store at all cost and go to the two others in Mason or Springdale.

I had documents printed from my email and scanned documents. Had about 25-30 pages done (most of them were black and white) and was charged $80 for this and most of this was for the service. I had 14 emails sent and was charged (2.99) to open EACH email and hit a print button as service fee. The person never informed me of a service charge for each email (I would have sent it all in 1 email instead). If I were informed of this, I would have in fact done this all in a self operating machine. Apparently opening an email and hitting print button is a very tedious task and hence they charge the fee for each email. ASK ABOUT SERVICE FEE BEFOR DOING ANYTHING IN THIS STORE. I used to do this kind of printing from UPS all the time and never had this kind of crazy service fee. This is not a UPS general issue. This is specific to the person who did the job today and this branch in specific.

The man that waited on me was extremely rude. My Amazon return said to drop off my items to UPS store and that UPS would take care of boxing them and sending them back. I had eight items that had different return codes attached to them. The man was rushing me, and saying very rude and condescending things to me. He even told me at 5:10 PM we close at 6 PM and you have come in during rush hour. Now hurry up so I can get these customers as he tapped his watch. His tone was extremely rude. He basically told me I don't care about you as a customer. I want to take care of these other customers. I've never been talked to so rudely in my life. I told him I would never come back to the store and he told me good that I would not be missed. I'm glad I won't be messed because I will never ever come back to this UPS store again. This is the poorest customer service I have ever experienced. if this is the way this man wants to treat his customers then he should not have a store. No other UPS store treat you this way and if this is his representation, then he should not be in one.

This place tells you the definition of rude. Use other UPS stores. They also give you a random price for shipping boxes. Never come back.
