If there was an option to give more than 5 stars, I would definitely give M Hopple 10 stars! Despite the recent negative yelp review, I decided to go to M Hopple, and I couldn't be more happy that I did! I am from Los Angeles, but was visiting in Cincinnati and was looking for a store that I could get custom "will you be my bridesmaid?" cards with a personalized message inside, before heading back home a few days later. From the moment I walked into the store I was greeted by such a friendly and helpful girl named Susuwi! I explained to her what I was hoping to do as well as asked if it would be possible to get a card made for each girl in my bridal party. She told me since I was only doing a few it shouldn't be a problem to get them turned around quickly to me. Susuwi was extremely helpful and did not rush me when I was deciding exactly what I wanted on my cards. She took her time taking my order and really helped me with getting the look I wanted. I got a call two days later that the cards were ready, I couldn't have been more excited to pick them up. When I got them, they were PERFECT and STUNNING! I wanted some new Thank You notes and several co-workers raved about M Hopple & Co, so finally made it to check out their Kenwood location a few weeks ago. Wow what a selection of cards, thank you notes and some party supplies - plates, napkins. After looking through the store, I came across their custom notecards, it was hard to decide on one design, there are so many to choose from and during the week they have a designer on staff if you need a design from scratch. Everyone in the store was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about their products. I decided on Embossed Graphics notecards and the associate told me it was buy one, get one free, so 100 notecards for the price of 50. They called me a few days later to let me know the cards were ready. I picked them up and they're exactly what I ordered. I'm very pleased with the cards and have received compliments from friends I sent them to already. Move over, Hallmark! With the advent of the witty, snarky, and creative card trend, I prefer seeking out card boutiques such as m. Hopple. I mean, since when does someone compliment your taste in wrapping paper? M. Hopple will make your special occasion even more memorable. The card selection is impeccable. Some independent card makers as well as papyrus put their best food forward with their creative card designs. I can't imagine not finding the perfect card for that special someone. And then there is a small but noteworthy (pun intended) paper selection with dainty notebooks that will convince you that you are, in fact, a descendent of Jane Austin, and reminder notepads perfect for trendy, hip grocery lists. The lady who helped me is helpful and reminded me of a modern mary poppins. Lovely, friendly, a twinkle in her eye. Wouldn't be surprised if she could fly using an umbrella. I 100% recommend M Hopple as a place to create all of your wedding-related stationery. I remember walking in with a couple design ideas and a color scheme, and iterated with them to design what many of my guests called elegant, one-of-a-kind wedding invitations. I could not have been more pleased with how they looked as they captured the essence of our day in a piece of paper - how amazing is that?! In particular, working with Shelby was a breath of fresh air as she was patient with you, allowed you to express your visions, provided her recommendations on ways to make the design and wording better, and kept you on schedule so nothing would be late. I started working with them for my Save-the-Dates, and based on the excellent customer service I provided, I stayed with them for my wedding invitations, escort cards, and thank you notes as well! If you're going to customize your stationery, I would say they are competitive with other stores but more expensive than ones you can find online. We returned to M Hopple to order wedding invites today and while I was the only customer in the store while waiting approximately 10 minutes for my daughter not one of the 2 employees acknowledged me let alone asked if they could help me. When my daughter walked in an employee looked right at us and walked past us without so much of a word. I decided my money would be spent elsewhere. I felt the manager should know and was pointed to a young woman who said she was the owner. While explaining my disappointment of my earlier treatment she wouldn't even look up from her computer.
