Not thrilled wish my experience. I used a prepaid label to return a medium-sized item to a home goods retailer, and brought it to this location to ship. I didn't have any packing tape at home, so I used regular office tape to seal the box. I know this isn't the most secure method, so I planned on asking if I could use a small piece of their packing tape to finish the job. Instead, I was informed that I had to buy an entire roll of packing tape to seal this box, and they couldn't let me have a small piece of theirs. It just seems petty for a shipping company to do something like this. I'll be using other locations that are a little more willing to go the extra length for the customers (Central Business District and Blue Ash come to mind immediately). read more

I agree this UPS store is the worse! The Staples in Hyde Park has a UPS drop off and very kind and considerate. Rookwood UPS staff is not only rude they do not seem to care about the customers read more

This is my place to ship packages. I've been going there (Roockwood location) since they've opened. I have stopped by other locations twice, big disappointment! This location is thorough and have never had a problem. Saw Steve today and was excellent in providing customer service. No I'm not his mother! No waiting, have enough staff even during the holidays! I love love this UPS Store, Roockwood. Been to others, don't compare. Great staff, Fast serious even during holiday season. read more

The UPS Store in Rookwood Plaza is my go to spot for shipping. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They are open til 6pm on Saturday which also helps. Parking is at times a bit of a challenge due to the popular shops & restaurants surrounding. read more

I recently had the need to fax something and was dreading the DYI approach taken at Kinkos. I found myself at Rookwood Commons and was pleasantly surprised to learn the UPS Store there (#2363) offered faxing services. A pleasant man behind the counter quickly did it for me and even offered me a "frequent faxing" membership. THANK YOU for not wasting my time! read more

Unprofessional, extremely rude, stay away, drive the extra distance to go to another UPS Store or try FedEx. Run by arrogant, condescending individual. Went last month to have birthday gift shipped to my son. Quote was astronomical with long delivery time. Left and took it to FedEx. As I was leaving he shouted "good luck!" FedEx charge was 75% less. Received great, friendly, professional, courteous service at FedEx. Much better price with much shorter delivery time! Decided to try UPS Store again today because it is close to my office. Same horrible experience! I was shouted at as I walked through the door and imediately given orders by same, rude, arrogant individual! My package need to be taped at end. He said the charge to tape the end would be $3.00. I left and took my business to UPS Store in Kenwood. I will never return to this location! read more

They charge $2.50 to print out your return label from Amazon. This was not mentioned on amazon when they sent the code to scan. Seems shady for UPS to tack on such an exorbitant price for a single sheet of paper. I won't be back. read more

So this is a super random post, but I had to stop here to return some textbooks that I rented. I threw the original box out and didn't have a box to package them in.. I knew I could buy a box there, but I brought my own tape assuming I'd have to do that myself. But they offered to package it all for me for $5! Not bad since it still ended up cheaper than me actually buying the textbook vs renting it. The staff was also just really nice. read more

I recently used UPS to do the bulk of my transcontinental move from Cincinnati and I fortunately came across this store and its kind and helpful staff. I knew about the home pickup service for packages from the website but the staff here said they offer free home pickup where I dont even have to do the measurements and printing of prepaid postage for each package. A guy named Steve and other kind staff made it a breeze (well, as breezy as it can get trying to move across the states) for me to ship out 19 packages all at the same time! Steve called me with the quote after he himself picked up all 19 packages and calculated the postage, and that was it! 5 days later I received all 19 packages at once (poor UPS guy who was assigned to ny apartment!). I highly recommend this Hyde Park location UPS Store for their kindness and willingness to help. read more

Had to get some forms notarized and it was painless. Place was pretty clean, plenty of counter space to get my forms situated, service on the spot and very helpful. Went ahead and have the form over-nighted here instead of driving to the post office down the road. read more

Heads up. Charges $1.00 to tap your box closed. I've never had a ups store charge me for tape.

I had the pleasure of dropping off 2 packages today 5/30/17 only to find out that their "systems were down". An excuse I've gotten a few times within a 3 month period. I find that to be strangely convenient that the systems have been down a few times shortly before their closing time. Where I have witnessed the cash drawer(s)/till(s) on the back counters, with receipt paper scattered around them as if they're in the process of being closed out for the day. Now I'm no idiot, I've worked in retail for a number of years... I have the inkling feeling that " the systems are down" is nothing more than a bogus excuse. The employees are simply closing the registers early so they can get out of doing their jobs until it's actually closing time (7:00 pm). When the "systems are down", supposedly; this means you can't get a receipt for dropping off your packages, in which I have a big grudge against. I usually stop in shortly after 6:00 pm roughly 6:15 - 6:25 pm; which I have also noticed the metal security gate visibly dangling from the ceiling (the gate that should only be visible when the store is closed); another indication that the employees are attempting to close up shop in a hasty manner. This is simply not an acceptable display of professionalism on the staffs behalf. read more

I observe, respect & appreciate social distancing. I went to the store with 2 Amazon returns using the code & not labels for the first time. I entered & said I hadn't done this before & had a question. They told me I had to have my code ready before they would talk to me. Again I said I have a question but could I step to the side & use the counter to lean on to get my codes? They said no, you have to go back outside. I went out & while I got my codes 5 people got in line and I was again at the end. I'm handicapped with a cane and can't physically manage that kind of wait. Because of their rigidity and unwillingness to be helpful I left & went to the Blue Ash UPS. They also observed strict distancing but still managed to be very patient & helpful. If customer service has to totally sacrificed, then the business shouldn't be open. They were incredibly rude and unhelpful to a disabled senior. read more
