I would've given a zero if I could, I called this store to see about shipping. I asked if they have craft paper so that I could wrap the box in it the man on the phone said that they do not use craft paper because it causes issues with the shipping. So I asked what do I use he said to use wrapping paper and I said, but that will rip and he said you just have to wrap it and I said, but why aren't we using the craft paper? This is what Canada post recommends for the safest way to ship, but why use easily ripped wrapping paper. He handed the phone to a woman who tried to tell me that is not what he said to me although he said it multiple times and that I was rude and then she hung up on me just because you don't have to understand the question doesn't mean I'm rude. It means you need to train your staff to understand people a little little bit better than what you're obviously doing. This was horrible service. read more
