So I asked what do I use he said to use wrapping paper and I said, but that will rip and he said you just have to wrap it and I said, but why aren't we using the craft paper? This is what Canada post recommends for the safest way to ship, but why use easily ripped wrapping paper. He handed the phone to a woman who tried to tell me that is not what he said to me although he said it multiple times and that I was rude and then she hung up on me just because you don't have to understand the question doesn't mean I'm rude. It means you need to train your staff to understand people a little little bit better than what you're obviously doing. This was horrible service.

I needed a rush printing done for a conference poster, and they were the only place open and…read moreavailable for rush printing, so I was hoping that they were good. Luckily they were beyond excellent!!! I submitted my file to be printed in the early afternoon, and the poster was completed by the late evening, and delivered to the place I was staying. Unfortunately, I had fallen asleep, and I missed the delivery person. When I woke up an hour later and realized what had happened, I called and the person I spoke with was very helpful and understanding. They called a taxi and were able to get it back to me within 20 minutes. The price was also quite reasonable, comparable to the subsidized rush printing service offered at my university. I would absolutely recommend them, and would unquestionably make use of their services again if I ever needed them.
