They…read moresomehow managed to screw up the sample and even after doing a bunch of legwork to find an appropriate material, we called back and said we had found and sourced the material needed and nobody ever called us back in any way shape or form stopped returning emails , so we went with a different company in Surrey that provided a sample in 48 hours as well as actual customer service answered our questions and was able to source the same material that we had found through their channel at a better price I personally don't know how this company still in business 2 separate friends have both said the exact same thing about them ..and lack of customer service etc....

He explained all the shipping costs to us and what other packages would be and different express and regular delivery options were. I know it may just seem like someone doing their job however I can always appreciate easy-going service and well explained practices. I assume they do a lot of business as there are a bunch of packages waiting to be picked up. They also have lockers and printing areas.

I go in and they tell me they have to deal with head office and they will refund me. That was 3 weeks ago. Still waiting for the cord, the refund and a response. Terrible.
