June 10, 2026, afternoon. The young woman at the desk said it would be over $300.00 to ship a hardcover book as a gift to a friend in London. I said that is not right. She did not care. I went online and was able to ship it for $32 UPS Worldwide Expedited and it will arrive within the week. London recipients do not incur customs charges for gifts of hardcover books, so this is the total cost. I recommend looking up your own HS/Tariff Code so you know the estimated cost before going in. read more

I submitted a review a few months ago, but I just wanted to let the management know about their employees at this location! I went in with multiple Amazon items to return, & quickly got the items mixed up.The young lady who was taking my returns, Brianna, just took charge! She took my phone & found everything I needed to complete the mess that I dropped on her! She was outstanding! I was flustered & embarrassed, & she "talked me down"! I want to thank Brianna, & all employees at this location! They never make me feel like the old lady who is not that great with electronics! The previous review really needs to be removed by YELP. I recently was driving by the area and had a package that I needed to send out to a customer for the small business my family runs in the south side of Chicago. I almost didn't use this location after reading the same review above, but I saw that the new owner had addressed the situation. I could have not asked for better service. Shaun did a great job of ensuring me that my customer would receive her package the very next day, which she did. I highly recommend this location above any other provider and location in the common area. Great job Shaun, keep it up! read more

I'm not a patient person so I go here instead of the US post office where the people move like they're stuck in silly putty on a cold day. This place is FAST. Even when there's a line, you get in and out in no time. I would have given 5 stars but the wrapping/shipping costs seem a bit high. But it's worth iit to get in and out in less than a few minutes to ship a package. Even during Christmas time! read more

The guys, Sean and Tony that work at this store are wonderful. I always consistently have the best service when I come there. They are extremely professional and accommodating. I went there the other day to take back an item and I thought it was through ups. But it was through the post office. Sean immediately told me that it was through the post office and they are coming to his store and he'll take care of it. It truly meant a lot. I have a little one so saving a trip means a lot. I have used this UPS store for many years and will continue to do so. They handle all my shipping in the USA and overseas. I have always had exceptional service here. UPS is not as cheap as USPS but I need better delivery tracking and confirmation that UPS provides. I would recommend this UPS store especially if you have a regular schedule of shipments going out like I do. read more

II usually come to this UPS because the young man that helps my husband and I is very helpful. But today I walked in at 6:50PM. I know it was close to closing time but I needed to ship it and I don't get out of work until 6:30PM. As soon as we walked in, an older blonde woman, was talking to a UPS worker who was also blonde and the UPS worker loudly said, "i don't know why they came in, register 2 is already closed." Then she let out a laugh. The young man that usually helps us was there and asked what we needed and said he'd be right with us. Then, the same UPS worker said, again loudly, "i don't know why people are still here when I already closed register 2." I chose to ignore it a second time. After that, the same young man was going to multi task and take care of us on the second register and the same woman yelled out, "you can't use another register, I already closed register 2." I didn't mind as I had heard her twice before. What really bothered me is her loudly speaking with the customer about how she doesn't understand how people are still there if they close at 7. That's when I told my husband that we needed to leave because that woman worker was being rude, my husband didn't know what was happening so I told him I'd wait in the car. Once he came out, he said the woman apologized to him and that she doesn't know how she was rude if the only thing she had done was comment that register 2 was closed. Had that been the only thing she'd done, I wouldn't be upset. Working in retail, I know never to speak of a customer especially not in front of them like that. That was the worst experience I have ever had anywhere. All she could have done was tell us they were closing and there would be a wait time because only 1 register is open. She didn't handle this correctly. I will be back only because the young man that usually helps us is amazingly nice. I spoke to the manager the next day and he was super nice. I let him know that I was still going to ship my items from his store, I just wanted to share my experience and he was super understanding. Definitely recommend. read more
