This just sounds like a real shady way of doing business in a small town and word will get around of how you do business. I will never spend any of my money at this place and I will pass the word around. The $2.00 fee prob cost you a lot more in the long run. And I ran into a UPS that took my package for FREE. Thanks.

Seriously, I could not say enough good things about how Hassan and his team helped me navigate the process of obtaining compensation for damage during shipping. Without a doubt, I will continue to use this business every chance I get. Even though I had purchased insurance, Hassan had the foresight to proactively take pictures of the package as it left his store on the carrier's truck. Through this single action alone, I was able to prove the package was in good condition at the start of its journey -- quite unlike its state at the end of the journey! The key here is that the service at Postal Place, and just plain old-fashioned thoughtfulness at this business, is a value that I could never have put a price on for my very expensive shipment. Thank you Hassan! I really don't know what I'd have done without you.

The only "unmarked door" in the back of the building has a huge glass window and you can CLEARLY see that it is a laundry room, not an apartment. No packages when I went downstairs to look. They have made no effort to rectify the situation and are saying that the company that shipped the item needs to reimburse us. This FedEx clearly has incompetent drivers and poor customer service. I wouldn't be surprised if the driver was stealing the packages, as I can't imagine she is THAT stupid that she thinks a laundry room is someone's apartment. Update: The manager called me and admitted that the package was "mis-delivered" and that they would take responsibility for that. They are still leaving it up to the company that I ordered from to reimburse me, but I appreciated the acceptance of responsibility.

Nine times out of ten, this process turns into hours of frustration because of all the documents you need, but the owner was genuinely friendly, patient, and walked me through everything step by step. Honestly, I was stressed going through my paperwork because of everyday life stuff, and when I walked in I thought I had everything squared away and thought it should only take 5 minutes which was a mistake because nothing really takes 5 minutes when your setting up something for the first time. The owner noticed, and regardless of how busy it was, he took time out of his day and helped me look through everything after I patiently waited and asked for assistance with the documents I did have. Before I knew it, I was out the door with a brand‑new mailbox and one less thing to worry about as I start my next business venture. It's rare to find service this honest, this helpful, and this human. lesson of the story: I assumed it should have taken 5 minutes, but in reality it took 15 minutes and I left with new knowledge, knowing what I have to do to set up a new mailbox anywhere in the states now! 5 out of 5 stars, if there was a 6th I'd give it easily! - A Retired Vet
