While I am capable and proficient in office management stuff, while moving, all of our stuff was packed up and I needed to process a document urgently. I got every excuse except where is my package. spoke with manager Dhawd he want me to purchase the same Item again then he will refund for both. Why should I have to purchase the same item again. I've made multiple trips to this UPS Store and I've never had a bad experience. Jaylen helped me today and was so helpful. I told him I had three very large items that I needed to ship and that I needed help unloading them from my car. I had my sleeping 8 month old that I had to carry back and forth and told him how grateful I was to have him bring my packages in the store for me. I ended up not shipping my items for other reasons but after all of that Jaylen helped me load my items back into my trunk with no issues. He was happy to help! For the most part the employees are very helpful and polite. Except for the one that should set the example for the rest of the employees. She called herself Heather. Which I doubt that is her name. Very rude and disrespectful!!! According to her She is supposed to be the manager. Which I doubt. I have lived in Camden for a few years, having moved here after my position became remote as I appreciate the small-town atmosphere. Since relocating, I have frequently used the UPS Store to ship documents and payments to my clients. I prefer supporting local businesses, and this arrangement has generally been satisfactory. On average, I spend approximately $250.00 each month on next-day shipments at the local store. Today, I visited the store to collect 15 envelopes that I intended to mail the following day. However, I was informed that I needed to order my own envelopes. This was surprising since I have always obtained the envelopes from the UPS Store, returned with them, whereupon the store prints the labels and charges my card for the shipping fees. This process has always been seamless. The staff's response was very unhelpful; they reluctantly agreed to provide the envelopes this time but insisted that I order my own in the future. As I do not have a UPS account and rely solely on the store's services, I decided to seek alternatives. Consequently, I contacted FedEx and learned that Walgreens in Dusty Bin provides envelopes and can ship them for me. So I stopped by on my way home, less than 10 minutes after leaving the UPS store, and I received a pack of 30 envelopes there without any issues. While my monthly expenditure of $250.00 may not significantly impact the UPS Store in Camden, I will no longer be using the UPS Store for my shipping needs. Poor customer service has consequences. read more

Closing on Saturdays at 2:00pm is ridiculous. I do not use UPS stores for shipping all that often but the one time I do at 3:00pm on a Saturday, it is closed. Me and the seven other people who joined me at the locked door find this unbelievable. read more

Always professional & personable.... Always efficient and in and out of the store so quickly!

I went in to print some documents for a trip, I asked why they were advertising free printing on the screen and they told me they had no control over it. I was told corporate is in control of their screen, I asked the owner why he was advertising free printing but charging me he took the papers he printed out of my hands and threw them in the trash. I have never been treated like that by any business in my life. read more

Store was great. Easy to find. Very clean. Staff were courteous, talkative, yet remarkably efficient. I had to print something to include in my package. I was on the computer printing stuff and logging off in under two minutes. They packed my fragile items better then I would have thought to and were waiting for me when I got done with the computer. Our museum uses this store for a lot of the posters and banners in our exhibits. They do great work in a timely manner and the cost is very reasonable. For our last exhibit, we can some problems with our banners and the owner not only printed new graphics super fast but he also came to the museum and helped with the installation.
