I gave my recipient this information. She's doing her housework knowing that she has to be downstairs by 11:30. She's up in the attic working, Fedex shows up at 10:57 (!). She cannot hear the doorbell from the attic. He leaves. He leaves a note on the door, but writes NOTHING on it. It's blank. I get an email saying that they're gonna retry the delivery on Sunday the 28th. Sunday comes. I finally get an email that says, 'Out For Delivery! Your driver Andrew's on his way'! My recipient goes nowhere. Does nothing the entire day. Cancels church and everything. Peering out the window every 15 minutes. Andrew never showed. There was a 7-year-old involved. Every time I walk through the door, she is kind, welcoming, helpful, and always has a smile on her face. When I'm waiting in line, I'm always happy when Renee calls me next because I know I'm going to be taken care of! She is incredibly fast, knowledgeable, and you can tell that she truly knows what she is doing. But what makes Renee so special to me goes far beyond great customer service. Three years ago, when my husband passed away, Renee helped me during one of the most difficult times of my life. She created the most beautiful photograph of my husband and me for me to display at his funeral. I still have that photograph today, and every time I look at it, I not only think about my husband, but I also remember the kindness and compassion Renee showed to me and my family during such a heartbreaking time. That is something I will never forget. There are some people you meet while simply going about your everyday life who leave a lasting impression on you, and Renee is one of those people.
