This shop is not like a regular printing place like a FedEx or Kinkos. If you need to print come prepared with your document to photocopy. I tried to email a document to them to print out and they refused even though they have have the capability to. Instead they make you sit down at their computer station which they charge $6 per 30 mins at. The computer is extremely slow and runs like it's using Windows 95. You have to wait for them to log you in. After printing 3 pages which took a total of 5 minutes, they added $2 to my charge for using the computer they made me use. I paid a total of $2.50 for printing 3 black and white pages on a computer that needed updates and ran extremely slow. The set up is unethical to get you to pay more and use their computer. I would not suggest this place to anyone looking to make copies.

I needed a 2'x3' poster in less than an hour. She had customers coming in and out of the store- she was totally busy - but took care of every single one with a smile and accommodated everybody. While she was working on my proofs, she helped another customer who needed to ship glass jars in a gift box. Veronica simply said, they needed to bubble wrap the jar and put 3" of popcorn material for the jar to get there safely. The customer wanted to send the gift in the gift box - so veronica suggested bubble wrapping the jar and putting it in the box adn then putting 3" of popcorn material in another box - the package just got super big, but totally accommodated the customer as she wished. Yes the customer paid for her boxes and packing material (which she was rated before she got the total) - but she sent her fragile gift in her gift box. It is this kind of accommodation service we expect from these non-post office stations. She was fantastic. She kept on pushing other workers to get me out of there cuz i had a flight to catch. There was a glitch in the proof, so she printed several other copies and then finally got the image i wanted. And assured me that i'd be able to catch my flight. Though i would probably never be back in this location (I was in Fayetteville for two days), I would recommend this place to EVERYBODY needing service from FedEx/Kinkos. They are efficient, friendly, accommodating, and most importantly, they hear their customers.

I am used to much quicker service for a return at UPS, etc. I understand why Staples has taken over this service. They are doing it altho they receive no revenue for it - in the hopes that customers will shop there as well as make Amazon returns. Not so. After standing in a line for 20 minutes and becoming increasingly annoyed, I am not about to shop in that store. You have shot yourself in the foot!
