Went to return an item that I had a label on my cell phone. The type of label had to be printed and they have a $3 print minimum. Not sure why can't you just pay for one print. Good to know for future returns print your label at home to save $$ read more

I wasn't available when UPS tried to deliver a package from my work and they directed me to this location to pick it up. The store was fairly busy but the employees were moving people through quickly. I went to Chris and he was evidently frustrated at my not having the information he needed to look up my package, which was sent to me without notice by my work, and was not under my name. I asked if he could look it up by address and he said, "sure, I can look through everything" in a way that made it clear that I was inconveniencing him and made to go looking through all of the packages. I told him not to worry about it and had someone send me a picture of the note left for me. I was then helped by Tyler, who was very fast and pleasant and got me right out of there. The UPS Store Brighton is the best by far! Their staff is very friendly, and the owner even greeted me by opening the door when I arrived! Kevin, the Print Manager, was very knowledgeable and allowed me to come into the store to discuss printing options before I decided to use them to print 2 pop-up banners for an upcoming event. Once I sent the graphics over, Kevin sent me proofs and printed the same day, and left them popped up so I could come into the store to see them and see how the banner stands worked. We run our own business and are shipping inventory to our fulfilment center several times per week for the past 4+ years. This UPS Store in Brighton and their employees have been fantastic in helping our company grow. I'll show up with 5 or 10 large boxes and by the time I get their hand truck outside loaded up most often I'm am met at the door while they hold the door for me always a smiling face and a polite greeting. They are being super careful during C-19 too with face masks (we always wear ours to protect them too) and you can sense the smiles underneath them. They check my mail box even before I've entered and I've used their print, poster and binding services too which is always first rate with good pricing. Your price gauging caused you to lose an Amazon return. Attempting to charge me $3 to print a label is just pure greed.

The woman who works in this store was extremely rude to me when I was trying to ship a piece of optical equipment back to the manufacturer. She refused to ship my item and treated me like scum because "these can be used on guns". Way to force you personal politics on your customers. Avoid this store or make sure you package your items before you get there. If the snowflake is having a bad day you may be refused service. read more

Rather than Price Matching the $1 charge ,at the New Hudson UPS Store, to print my shipping labels and tape my boxes they were very strict about their $3 minimum to print and their $1 per box charge to tape. What got me the most was how rude they were when I asked why the pricing inconsistencies. Wonderful service here! You can do it all: photocopy, color copies and of course shipping. If you need a mail box you can access it anytime as they have a gate and you can get 24 hour access. What I like though is the service, and how clean it is here. Always greeted with a smile and I've heard many people here called by their names so they must get a lot of repeat customers. read more
