The team member asked if I needed…read moreanything else...I said No..he mentioned stamps before the upcoming price increase and that they had Christmas stamps, etc. I had never bought stamps from UPS and did not realize they are upcharged so I stocked up for Christmas cards. Lesson learned...good sales tactic at this location capitalizing on the upcoming USPS price hike. I didn't realize until I got home that I paid more than what the future price increase for stamps will be...for stamps I did not need. When I called, the store the manager was not understanding. She said they offer the stamps as a convenience. While I understand that, I have been to this location many times and never had this type of experience pushing stamp sales. My fault for not paying attention, however the manager response could have been more understanding or offer a solution to return them.

This location is great! They are always appropriately staffed and it's all hands on deck when a…read moreline begins to form. I never wait more than a few minutes, even if the line is out the door. They are very helpful and take extra time to assist those who may not be as familiar with technology and on-line returns. I've never seen them be rude; even in situations when a customer may be very nasty.
