When I finally voiced my frustration to the staff member, showing him the screen capture that specifically stated NO label was required, yet they were *requiring* me to have a label and were requiring me to pay a dollar for it, another employee by the name of Tonya or Sonia injected herself into the conversation from across the room and became *very* belligerent. Apparently somebody needs to teach you some manners because your mama sure didn't. It probably doesn't sound like much, but when you consider the same person owns the only two franchises in Hot Springs, refuses to respond to any complaints, even to corporate, and allows his employees to behave this way, let's just say i've done the math, and he's skimming approximately three to $400 a day between his two locations six days a week, 28 days a month. They claim that it cost too much for them to print the labels, but that's like me saying hey, even though you've already paid for this road with your taxes, we screwed up and didn't figure that it would cost us as much as it did to pave the road so in order to use the road you're gonna need to pay more to access it. It's straight up fraud folk And the worst part? His employee is gonna mess around with the wrong person one of these days, and find out just exactly why she needs to keep her hands to herself. Right along with her mouth. And her employer, BECAUSE HE KNOWS ABOUT IT AND ALLOWS IT TO HAPPEN, will then be held financially responsible for her behavior. Corporate is beyond frustrated as their franchisee is the only game in town. Of course they don't wanna lose the location, but at the same time their franchisee is committing fraud. So now the state Attorney General's office is involved. You reap what you sow. Maybe you should stop ripping your customers off and talking to them like the trash that you are.

Vince (the owner) and the rest of the staff are great and very accommodating! And I was surprised how economical having a box at the UPS store is! I no longer have my side business but I have kept my box at the store because it is so darn convenient. I get a text message when I receive a package, and they sign for it and keep it safe for me until I pick it up. Also it's like having a virtual office. There is a customer computer (for a fee - reasonably priced) that is easy to use. I can send faxes, make copies, print, email, and ship on the go! It really helps me when I am on a deadline or meeting with clients away from my main office in Conway. I highly recommend this UPS store and team!

I had been here before, an older lady who I had the impression was manager who did a nice job on…read morelegal documents, so I had the impression this was a good copy shop to do business with, today around 4:30 pm I went in for 3 copies of one document, on a flash drive, I informed her that there are 3 text files, but if for some reason she can't get them to fit on a page, I also had an image file, jpg that I wanted to be used instead. The lady came back with the font size blown up, to make a one page document into a page and a half, the font size I have on the text files is 12, standard size for legal work. She is changing the font sizes to make more pages. She tried to force me to pay for 6 pages that were unusable, before she would print it correctly and then charge me a 3rd time, I said "no", she immediately slammed my usb down on the desk and ordered me to get out. She claims I didn't tell her I wanted the one page document, all on the same page, which is a lie, I told her as she was taking it to the back, to print it, that was the purpose for the image file, if she couldn't do it correctly from the text files. I asked for her name and who the manager is, she claimed that she is the manager. So now I have to find out who she is and who is above her, to file a complaint, because if she is a manager, she certainly shouldn't be.
