How in the world she made it past 14 days with her attitude, I'll never know. She never listens to the customer, she is always right and everyone else wrong, if they disagree with her. She will tell you how good she is for 10 minutes but if you rebut she will start talking over you. She also loves to bring God into the conversation when it's good for her and her overbearing pushy demeanor. They charge 50 cents for a piece of tape and refuse to give you a receipt; they will give you a pen and piece of paper to write down your tracking number though! I have actually had personal and business experience with her and have finally given up and totally stopped doing business with her. After 5 years of continually being brow beaten and talked down to, by this business only because they are so convenient to where I live and work, but I have finally given up. It is ashamed that I have to drive to North Little Rock to FedEx but they are professional quick and easy to deal with. Also if you're military they will give you a discount for your service.

    On August 2nd of 2018 at 5:30 in the evening I was involved in an incident with a FedEx Express…read morevan. I was driving down Highway 64 from Vilonia heading towards Conway. The FedEx Express van cut me off when I attempted to pass cut me off again cut me off a third time and forced me off the road near the Exxon station on 64. Although the FedEx van did not make contact with my vehicle it forced me off the road cause damage to my vehicle as well as sent me to the hospital. I have recently had back surgery. after a month of attempting to have FedEx claim responsibility and pay for the damages not only to my vehicle but for lost wages and medical I was told that my claim was denied because the vehicle did not make contact with mine. I have attempted to be patient and calm during this process when I was denied the claim I advise them that I would have no other choice other than to go to small claim court but FedEx refuses to provide me with the name of the driver involved. I find it very hard to believe that a company will not take responsibility for the recklessness of their driver. Or do anything to make the situation right. I would advise people boycott this company until they can learn to take responsibility for the actions of their employees

During the…read moreHoliday season, a neighbors (Perishable) FedEx package was delivered to my door by accident. On that occasion, I was expecting a package and as the driver was getting back in his truck, I tried to stop him because of the miss-delivered neighbors package. I hollered, waved my arms and jumped up and down trying to get the driver's attention. He did not respond and kept going. I delivered the package to the neighbor due to it being Perishable. Today, January 5, 2017, a FedEx Driver again delivered the same neighbors Perishable package to my door. I contacted the local FedEx office to advise of the miss-delivery and of the previous problem. After explaining this was not the first time and the driver needed to learn the true location of the neighbors home, I was told to deliver it. When I refused because the neighbor is not within walking distance, she told me someone would pickup the package the next day. I told her I would deliver the package because it is perishable and did not want anything to spoil. Someone needs to check into this.

    I've visited this location weekly for the past 6 months and spent a significant amount here…read moreshipping out. I did get a curt first impression from Jake, the store manager. However, I have found he is present, direct (yet almost always right) and caring. He strikes me as a high-octane guy, trying to whittle down the line with his team pretty quick-- but I have watched him kindly wait for individuals who may not be as efficient as the the rest of us. I have had his assistance on things that are not his job to do. And I've not personally seen it, but I've had friends share stories of him acting incredibly gracious to our elderly population when they needed help. He's built a good staff around him that can handle simple requests, but know when to seek expertise. There are occasional gusts when the line get long- but the average wait is much shorter than most service establishments in Cabot- and as I watch the line, I'm not sure how you could profitably staff to improve it. But here's the important part- every time I have shipped something, it gets there safely and on-time (within their control). I've disagreed with their assistance on how to pack from time to time, but each time I've deferred to their judgment I've had my receivers very grateful.
