I've been using this location recently for Amazon drop offs and must say I'm impressed with the service. Everyone who's helped me in the store is very friendly and helpful. Trina, Asher, Linda, Trisha, Patrick are who have helped me. I always appreciate the extra help when I go in. I highly recommend this UPS Store. read more

While I was on vacation I did a lot, and I mean ALOT of shopping. It wasn't until 2 days before my flight home that I realized that firstly I wasn't done shopping and secondly it was going to cost way to much to fly all of my newly acquired treasures home with me, so I went to this UPS store. A very kind, patient and courteous lady named Trina helped me pack up and send my bounty on its trip home and even scheduled everything so my packages would arrive the day after I did. The entire staff were wonderfu, but Trina truly went above and beyond to help me. If you're ever in the Batesville area and need some packages taken care of I highly recommend going to this location. read more

The driver was five minutes from my house. Instead making the delivery he drove home for an hour and half. Then two towns north of me. Still waiting and watching the tracker on the map. Everything including the robot on the phone says my packages are on the truck. I took off work to be here and sign for it. It's now four hours past the predicted delivery time which would've been dead on had he just made the delivery. read more

I'm so thankful for this location. The southside location is staffed by the most ignorant, lazy, inept people. I went to the southside location today to try and mail a package with a return shipping label. After multiple times trying to explain the concept of a "return shipping" label to the employee there, I left and came to this ups location. Matthew helped me ship my package. He understood exactly what I needed. It took about 5 minutes to explain what I wanted, print the labels, and pay. How difficult are basic shipping concepts??? Do yourself a favor and avoid the ineptitude at the southside "customer service center"- what a laughable descriptor!!! If you need cognizant, thoughtful, efficient service take your packages to this location. read more

History

Established in 2016.

The UPS Store® concept was introduced in 1980 as Mail Boxes Etc.® - a convenient alternative to the post office. Throughout its evolution, it has continued to define and lead the business services category it created. In 2001, UPS® acquired Mail Boxes Etc., Inc. In 2003, the two companies introduced The UPS Store® brand. On April 7, 2003, approximately 3,000 Mail Boxes Etc. locations in the United States re-branded as The UPS Store and began offering lower UPS-direct shipping rates. In 2012, Mail Boxes Etc., Inc. became The UPS Store, Inc. The centers remain locally owned and operated, and continue to offer a variety of packing, shipping, freight, postal, printing and business services, with convenient locations and world-class service. Ranks #1 in Entrepreneur® magazine's annual "Franchise 500," in the postal and business services category for the 27th consecutive year.
