They went above and beyond in all aspects of the installation to ensure we got what we wanted and needed. From the quotes Chad worked up for us; to the installers Brad, Jeff, Chris, and Cody-we thought we couldn't be happier. Until we met Jared who fixed our electrical box!! It's perfect that Wades has licensed electricians on hand for issues like ours should they arise. They stand behind their work and guarantee their labor for a year and provide service and parts for 10 yr manufacturers warranty as well. After the system was installed another employee (who we forgot the name of, sorry) came out and inspected all the work. They got this all done fast and efficiently. No wasted time or money. Best of all, if anything does happen and we need their services, someone is answering their phone 24/7 and they will come out in an emergency to get their customers all fixed up. Top notch service. Definitely recommend.

I was surprised that someone from my hometown, who I depended upon for service at my 91 year old…read moremom's house, would be so disingenuous. First their quote for treating a sofa for pests was $320.00 higher than their suggested cost. Then, they said an annual termite contract was about $149.00. They failed to mention the $800.00 charge for the initial inspection and treatment and...the actual inspector told my mom it would be $450.00. Here's the kicker. Because they don't have a person skinny enough (their words) to fit under the house, they will be glad to take the money, but if the treatment fails and you get termites they aren't liable for any damage. Do yourself a favor, use someone else.
