She apologized for the wait. I went back to pick up my roommate's shirt as it was ready and she received a phone call. I on the other hand, never received a phone call for my dress. I so happened to call to check on it 3 separate days and the last attempt I was told it was ready and received the excuse of "oh. I don't always remember to call." When stopping by for my dress, no one was present in the store. I waited in the store for 5-10 min before seeing her walk down the sidewalk, seeing that I was waiting but continued her task and apologized for the wait when finally entering the store. I tried the dress on before paying and pointed out that the problem I came in with originally was still a problem, the response I received was "oh, well it was worse before." In desperation, I went back for another item to get taken in. Once again, waited in the store for her to return. Once again I waited several days before calling to check on my item as I haven't received a call and was told that it was ready. When i have called the store, I usually call near 5-7 times, spread throughout the day in hopes of getting an answer. Communication is absolutely terrible. I'm patient and give people the benefit of the doubt but of the 4 interactions with Jill, it's been consistent each time. She's never there when I enter the store, with no sign present stating that she will be back in a few. Good luck getting through over the phone. When mentioning that I've attempted to call early in the day several times, planning ahead and attempting to drop by to pick up my item during my break at work, and never getting notice of my item being ready until I finally get through on the phone a couple of hrs before closing, I was told "I was probably at lunch. I have to eat at some point." Again, I am completely understanding but I can't help but wonder how long I would be waiting for a phone call that my items were ready if I hadn't called to check. She took my phone number both times so I don't understand why I wasn't called. I do not recommend this place due to unprofessionalism. Quality of work is ok. If it's more "complicated" it feels like she does what is most convenient for her to do and is dismissive when you mention the issues with the alteration even though she asks for your thoughts "because I don't always get it right."
