On Wednesday…read more7/15/20 I received a past due notice from them that I owe for last year's contract payment of $60.90. I was quit stunned to get this and checked my check book ledger to see if I had missed my payments. It was all paid by November of 2019. I called and left a message about this bill and wondered why I got this since no one had sent any letters regarding any past notices, etc. There used to be a nice old lady who worked there and no longer? On Thursday I never got a return call and it was after 3 pm and I thought I better call since I wanted to get this taken care of. When I called and spoke to Kerri, and asked why she did not call back, she said that they were busy with other payments? Really? So, I asked what this was all about since I know I had paid it all and she wasn't sure and then sent me to the "office manager", Kelly. She said that they just had a new program installed and it shows that I owe this balance and that it doesn't show any other payments after September of 2019. She said that all I needed to do was to go to my bank and have them send over the copy of the checks that were cashed by them. I said to her that that's not my job. You need to check your computer and program and find where my checks were placed. I was very angry at her as she tried to place the blame on me and not really taking care to see where they messed up!!! She hung up on me and I really was not in the mood for such childish behavior coming from an "office manager" who is supposed to be above the others in taking care of their customers. I called back and asked for the owner of the place and have him call me to discuss. Kerri said that she would leave a message for him and would not give me his phone number to contact him. I asked her why she didn't have his phone number, any business that I know would have their owner's phone number (in case of an emergency, etc.) I found that really strange??!! This morning I got a call from the owner, he said to me that he didn't like how his staff was treated. I was astonished! What about the way I, the customer, was treated, like dirt and very demeaning. I was just supposed to roll over and take it, I'd suppose. He said they had to reboot the program and found all my payments. He also said that I was cussing at them. I said that I did not cuss at anyone and I may have been upset and angry at the situation, but I know I didn't cuss at them, but told them they weren't doing their job, especially Kelly the "office manager". If telling them they need to do their job is cussing, what gives? I told him that they were all LYING!! I did not cuss and I even asked my son who was in the house when this occurred if I was cussing and he said that I wasn't. He didn't even give me a chance to explain the situation, but took upon himself to get all the "details" from his lying staff (4 of them). How sad!! He said that he didn't want me as a customer and I told him that I don't want his company the same. A LYING company cannot go far. As I explained to my son that God has a way of dealing with people like that and HIS justice will prevail.
