If you want anything specialized, say foil or metallics or shine, they have to outsource, which is an additional fee (plus 10 days). NO GRAPHIC DESIGN ABILITIES: Not a big deal if you just want copies, but if you come in with a design for a flyer or business card that might need a tweak here or there (for their printing purposes, ie: bleed, color correction, portrait vs landscape format) they're incapable of providing the fixes themselves. Files must be perfected to their specifications before submitted for print. RUDE MANAGER/TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE: He belittles his customers and assumes they don't know what he's talking about. I tried working with him, and the further we got into my design, the more he "dumbed things down" for me. I finally had to leave because he wasn't treating me like a client, he was treating me like a child. Which, for a representative of HARDING UNIVERSITY, doesn't give me a good first impression of the school. Unfortunately, my clients were insistent upon using this printshop. I've been doing this for 9 years and have never been treated so unprofessionally by a printing manager, salesperson, or other associate.

Some girl with tattoos and glasses she is extremely rude. I came in today to return a package and had forgot my return label, I had the return label on my phone so I showed it to her thinking she could scan the barcode, she told me I had to email it to them in a way that someone in customer service shouldn't talk to a customer. So I said ok and I looked around thinking she would tell me the email address and after about 10 or so seconds of looking she condescending said um.... It's right behind you. I was in disbelief and almost ran my mouth probably should have. That's someone who needs an attitude adjustment. I'll take my drop offs to a completely different county before I go back to store 5861. Do better.

He noticed that the print quality was poor and relayed information about it and was able to send me price quotes for repairs and advice on if it would be worth investing in the repairs. He also sent me quotes for new machines and service contracts. He made no bones about letting me know that he knew our needs might not require what they offer as base pkgs and encouraged me to feel free to ask for any additional information.
