I filed a complaint with UPS corporate on July 9, 2026 after repeatedly being charged to print labels that clearly had a QR code displayed on my return and specifically said a label was NOT required; I could just drop it off at the UPS store. I have more than my fair share of returns as I live remote and it's just easier to order from Amazon than to drive in and around town. When I finally voiced my frustration to the staff member, showing him the screen capture that specifically stated NO label was required, yet they were *requiring* me to have a label and were requiring me to pay a dollar for it, another employee by the name of Tonya or Sonia injected herself into the conversation from across the room and became *very* belligerent. I'm embarrassed to say that after putting up with it for a few minutes, I absolutely matched her energy. This 65-year-old Memaw will be happy to meet you out in the parking lot you meth head POS. Apparently somebody needs to teach you some manners because your mama sure didn't. It probably doesn't sound like much, but when you consider the same person owns the only two franchises in Hot Springs, refuses to respond to any complaints, even to corporate, and allows his employees to behave this way, let's just say i've done the math, and he's skimming approximately three to $400 a day between his two locations six days a week, 28 days a month. That equates to about $11,200 per month the franchisee is padding his pockets with From customers who did not contract with them. We contracted with Amazon. They claim that it cost too much for them to print the labels, but that's like me saying hey, even though you've already paid for this road with your taxes, we screwed up and didn't figure that it would cost us as much as it did to pave the road so in order to use the road you're gonna need to pay more to access it. It's straight up fraud folk And the worst part? His employee is gonna mess around with the wrong person one of these days, and find out just exactly why she needs to keep her hands to herself. Right along with her mouth. And her employer, BECAUSE HE KNOWS ABOUT IT AND ALLOWS IT TO HAPPEN, will then be held financially responsible for her behavior. Corporate is beyond frustrated as their franchisee is the only game in town. Of course they don't wanna lose the location, but at the same time their franchisee is committing fraud. There needs to be an option to add ZERO stores for companies that need to go out of business. I could not have found a more worthless waste of oxygen than the employees at the UPS store on Higdon Ferry Road. Notary? Answer, yes, we are supposed to have one, but we don't. Why do you advertise that you have one? Because we are supposed to have a notary, but we don't. It was like the old "Who's on first" comedy routine. People with the WORST attitudes work here. The one on Airport is marginally better, but it makes you wonder, how can their lives be so tough? Is management that abusive? My elderly mother in law mailed an envelope from there on 12/9 or 12/10 and the woman working charged her 300 bucks. It actually ended up being mailed with 3 stamps by the postal service. No receipt was given and she paid in cash. Very shady people. read more

When I called, he said I can come in, and I told him I just came in, but you dropped the chain-link, he just said I'm sorry. what a waste of my time! I'm trying to spread awareness because there are some weird people who work for Hotsprings UPS store or are trying to trick people. so I ordered my package through Amazon and they sent it to this store near my house and I told the store I would pick it up and when I got there they told me when the UPS driver dropped stuff off at the store he picked my package back up because the owner of the store told him it wasn't the stores package. so I'm trying to figure out where UPS took my package and where I can get it. I call 1800 PICK UPS. and it takes forever to speak to a actual person, but when I finally get a hold of one and explained my situation and gave my tracking number and all of that she said around 4 ish pm I would get another call. so around that time I get a call from this lady who claims to work with hotsprings UPS from this exact number 1 501-910-7479 A Little Rock number. She ask me to explain my situation and tells me to repeat the tracking number. And she tells me she will try to find the exact driver from my delivery to see where my package is. She said she would call me back in a few minutes. She calls me back and says that the delivery guy for my specific package would be done and at this ware house past national park college at 7:30 pm. She said I could go over there and get my package from him. She claimed this UPS warehouse was past the college on mountain pine road and I take a right. i didn't think anything of it at first cause I really wanted my package so around that time I head that way and I put in my gps but I couldn't find a exact location for that just the regular UPS stores. So when I get to the red light on higdon ferry before u turn right to get to the college I see a UPS driver head that way near the direction they told me to go then I get a call from that same Little Rock number and it's allegedly the UPS driver telling me he is at the ware house and has my package. I'm already sketched out and wasn't going to go regardless at This point I told him it's to dark and this seems sketchy and I'll see about picking it up tomorrow morning. Then he proceeds to tell me that he's not sure I can get it in the morning cause there has to be a driver present in order for them to hand me my package which isn't true it's protocol for them to send it to the regular UPS store and I show them my ID and they give me my package so he was lying to me and he sounded frustrated and annoyed I didn't want to meet up with him and I told him again no I'm going in the morning and he hanged up. This happened yesterday I called that same Little Rock number that him and the lady called me on and it says it's a discontinued UPS number. Very weird and sketch. I still don't know where my package is I've tried calling everyone and they don't know. I encountered two young female employees yesterday that were so incredibly rude that I will never frequent this store again. Airport Road here I come! They charged me for taping up the box I brought in to be returned to Amazon. (My experience up until yesterday was to keep the box open so that the return information can be placed inside the box being shipped.) Also, this location doesn't have their own Wi-Fi network so I was unable to pull up an email I was needing printed off. They literally told me to jump onto the Dental Medical office's network next door. I made the comment that they don't have a 'guest' option, so they just gave me the password for the office's network, and was rude about that as well. I was in there for no more than 5 minutes, but they treated me like I had been squatting there all morning. Never again! read more

This UPS store is very unfriendly and rude. They gave me the wrong information, they make you feel like you're an inconvenience to them for being in their store. They know you're standing there and then they help the person that walked in behind you. They have a service called a five dollar pick up. They lied to me and told me that UPS doesn't allow that service anymore. So I called UPS they allow it. This store doesn't want your business. So I will never step foot in this store ever in my life again or the other store that they own. I will have packages sent and picked up someplace else. Horrible customer service. read more

I would give the UPS a big fat zero if I could. I live out of town a little bit and they can't seem to deliver a package to me to save their life. If they don't deliver to one of my neighbors houses, then they leave my package(s) along side the road somewhere or send my package back saying I refused it. How can I refuse a package I never get?! I've used this UPS location mulltiple times, the folks there were very friendly and helpful. The location at Higdon Ferry in Hot springs is convenient and I never had to wait in line formore than 6 minutes. When i went there the staff were wearing masks as well as a few other customers. read more

I visited this store on 5/20/2020. All except one of the customers there were wearing masks and socially distancing as well as possible. The two female employees were not wearing masks, nor was there hand sanitizer there for customers to use. Additionally, I heard the employees making rude remarks about a customer who had just left the store. Rudeness coupled with a total disregard for the safety and health of customers as well as employees are not acceptable. I will not visit that store again. read more

Everytime I visit this store the lady inside is extremely rude and acts like every thing I need is an inconvenience to her. After reading all the bad reviews on this location on Higden Ferry Rd in Hot Springs I am somewhat comforted that I am not the only customer that has been treated with total disrespect and abused verbally. I stopped by around 5:30 PM to drop a package to return to Amazon. I had the return label pulled up on my phone as I usually do when I return items to Amazon. This red-faced angry man told me he would not scan the label off my phone I needed to email it to the store and there would be a charge to ship my package back to Amazon. I told him that Amazon did not charge customers to ship packages back and he told me he was a franchise store and he did not give a damn about Amazon's policy. For the sake of time I emailed him the label and walked to the car to get my debit card. When I returned he had gone to the back of the store and did not return to the counter for 10 minutes only to tell me he did not get the email and if I wanted to ship my package I needed to resend the email even though my phone showed the email transmitted successfully. At that point I took issue with this whole ordeal and he said " If you don't like it leave and do not come back..." I called Amazon from the parking lot and the lady was very nice and issued my refund (less than $20 to make up for the ordeal. She asked the UPS Store # (2853) and as I looked it up for her on google I saw many reviews similar to mine. Rudest man ever waited on me Saturday, February 18. I had a simple question and drop off and he refused to entertain my question. In July I was visiting family in Hot Springs and I went to an antique store and bought a few things. I went to the UPS store on Higdon Ferry to ship the things back home. The girl working there was not eager to help and in fact told me that my items would be "too expensive" and "are you sure you want to ship this?" I didn't have much choice since I live 1,500 miles away and wasn't likely to carry a 100yr old Limoges china service onto a plane. She asked me if I wanted it all wrapped. I said yes. It took her about 45 minutes and $230 to do it. She asked if I wanted the extra insurance and I declined as the shipping supposedly came with $100 of insurance already. Days later after I was back home the package arrived and half the shipment was shattered to pieces. I called the store and tried to at least recoup the $100 in insurance but I was told that even though they wrapped the box the cups may have been individually wrapped by the antique store owner and therefore they would not consider themselves responsible. I am in Hot Springs every few months and I enjoy antique shopping but I will not be using this location for anything ever again. It was bad enough to have such terrible customer service in the store but to have it extend to bad policy and general bad attitude made it that much worse. read more
