They only had used boxes and none would fit the job so she sent us to U-haul to buy a picture box. Once we had the box they quickly packed up our picture protecting it with layers of bubble wrap. Then came the surprise - the cost to ship it was over $100. Ouch! It went UPS and should be in Ohio in 5 days.

Then she didn't scan my items, which is the reason I go in so that I can see that my returns are accounted for by the shippers and now out of my hands. So I asked for a receipt and her answer was a very snotty "I suppose". Ugh, I said I've just never had to ask for a receipt before so that's why I asked. She said she was trying to save paper, but if I really wanted a receipt then she would give me a receipt. And to top it all off, I got a super sarcastic "you have a nice day". I go to this place because it's the only place in town with regular business hours where you can drop off your shipments. If there was another way, I seriously would never go back.

The items that were taken were irreplaceable family heirlooms. If we had known what poor service this store provided, we never would have used them. You shouldn't either. Edit: there was an original artwork print and a poster that were packaged. The poster was delivered but the original artwork print was not. Images as received added. In hindsight, the inadequacy of the packaging is evident.
