When I first reached out to her about them she was very rude and acted like she didn't have the time of day. I should have looked elsewhere at that point. She told me to send over the information and picture for my save the dates via email. I did this and a week goes by with no response. So I went in person and spoke with Kym. The owner overheard our conversation and from the back of the room goes "oh I got your email but the picture quality was all pixelated" If that was the case, she could have at least gotten back to me to let me know rather than leaving me waiting for a response. Kym was easy to work with and nice, she made edits to the proof she sent over and is the only reason I went through with the sale. The product turned out to be somewhat thin and flimsy. The save the dates were post cards and I got 3 back in the mail due to address change of the recipient. The picture quality did not hold up, the ink was smudged. This is embarrassing because these are for our wedding. I will never go through inkspot in bemidji again. I wanted to give business locally but I will be using Shutterfly for our actual invites because I know the quality will be top notch without the hassle of a rude business owner.

Connie worked with us for a long time to get fonts as close as possible to the original hand-painted logo. She had to do a lot of computer work to create something close to the logo, and she did it all from a PICTURE OF THE LOGO ON A WINDOW. Connie you are amazing at what you do! I am so happy they were able to deliver and set up my machine (in Moorhead, from their storefront in Bemidji). They did an amazing job. The price of delivery and set up is included in the sale price (which was a great value). I ordered during a HandiQuilter van event and even got 20% off all of my HandiQuilter accessories (thanks!). I requested a drawer be installed and they are coming back to install it and service some tension issues I cannot seem to figure it out myself.
