I just purchased and had my new HandiQuilter Amara 20 long arm quilter with the studio 3 12' quilting frame installed by Jay and Jayden. I am so happy they were able to deliver and set up my machine (in Moorhead, from their storefront in Bemidji). They did an amazing job. The price of delivery and set up is included in the sale price (which was a great value). I ordered during a HandiQuilter van event and even got 20% off all of my HandiQuilter accessories (thanks!). I requested a drawer be installed and they are coming back to install it and service some tension issues I cannot seem to figure it out myself. If you're in the market for a long arm machine, or sewing machine, THIS is the place to go. I can't recommend them highly enough. Service is top notch, knowledge of machines is mind blowing!! I bought my Handi Quilter long arm from them 2 years ago. Amazing service, and - THEY DO HOUSE CALLS!!! I have even brought my Janome sewing machine to them for her annual spa day - even though I didn't buy it from them. They are truly wonderful. You can't go wrong dealing with these folks. This store is amazing! Each time I'm in there I feel like a very valuable customer. I recently bought a new machine to upgrade and again the service was fabulous. I refer friends and family here because I know that they will walk away with what their needs are in regards to purchasing a sewing machine, etc. Troubleshooting over the telephone or bringing the machine in Jay will do what he can without trying to charge you for every little minute of service.
