Connie worked with us for a long time to get fonts as close as possible to the original hand-painted logo. I am so happy they were able to deliver and set up my machine (in Moorhead, from their storefront in Bemidji). They did an amazing job. The price of delivery and set up is included in the sale price (which was a great value). I ordered during a HandiQuilter van event and even got 20% off all of my HandiQuilter accessories (thanks!). I requested a drawer be installed and they are coming back to install it and service some tension issues I cannot seem to figure it out myself.
