They are comprehensive, exceptionally responsive, and deeply knowledgeable about the Bemidji-area market. What sets Steve and Jolene apart is their real-time awareness of shifts and changes in the local market--they don't rely on outdated assumptions or generic advice. And they are a low-pressure team. We viewed homes for four months before landing on the right place for us this last time around. From start to finish, they showed us they were committed to creating solid, well-structured transactions. Every legal and contractual detail was thoroughly addressed, and at no point did we have to worry about the soundness of our purchases or sales. They gave us a lot of peace of mind in a process that inevitably can feel stressful and high-stakes. Steve and Jolene genuinely care about doing things the right way. Their professionalism, integrity, and follow-through have earned our complete trust, and we recommend them without hesitation.

We reopened and the original graphic had been painted some 40 years ago on the front window of the store. Connie worked with us for a long time to get fonts as close as possible to the original hand-painted logo. I worked with one of the designers, Connie, and she created the most beautiful program I've ever seen and all I had to pay for was the printed programs (no design fee). The printed materials were very reasonable and I would work with them again in a heartbeat!

In search of new fabric for our winged back chairs - I was fortunate to be able to Face Time with Clare. She was able to "show me" what was currently available in stock. She then followed up sending samples of fabric that would compliment our well loved floral chintz couch. I was thrilled to discover a blue swatch would be PERFECT!! I have since had the "tired pink" chairs magically reupholstered - and I could not be happier! Clare provided excellent customer service and I am already hoping for more Face Time visits in search for a new custom bedspread! I would definitely give Anderson Fabrics a FIVE STAR review!! *****

I'd heard about this place from several friends before finding the time and a friend who would make…read morea visit with me. It's about a 45-minute drive from me so it required a planned trip and a few hours of time to spend shopping. What an astounding place this is!! We arrived on a Saturday that happened to be a bulk roll sale day. Not sure how often they have this kind of sale but my friend indicated that we'd lucked out. Any remaining yardage on a bolt was $2/bolt!! All these bolts are LONG length - what is it 72"?? - mostly upholstery and curtain type materials. I found a gorgeous light canvass print in bright bold colors and patterns along with several bolts of purple-ish knit fabrics. I also found a lush velvety fabric - my smallest bolt with only a yard or two. Most of the bolts were 3-6 yards and a couple were upwards of 10 yards it seemed. They all had pretty heavy sizing but my friend washed a couple swatches in some hot water and dried them and they are BEAUTIFUL!!! They softened up real nice and I can't wait to make blankets, tablecloths, shirts, and tote bags from them. The outlet also has smaller cuts - often in weird shapes - of the many fabrics. These are purchased by the pound and, at $2/#, you can find some great deals there too. I found several cuts for a friend of mine. And, there is a bin of mostly white/cream pieces that you can take with purchase - for free! The selection in this bin (actually an old baby crib) is limited and kind of weird for this quilter girl but I found a heavy canvas-type piece that I believe I can use for making rugs. There is a lovely quilt fabric store attached to the custom upholstery side and my friend found a cute panel fabric. All in all, I walked out with yards of amazing fabric for under $23. The staff was VERY friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our time at Anderson's.

You end up paying more than what you need 2. Wash is over 4 dollars vs. other places that charge closer 3 dollars my clothes also did not as fresh out of washer as other places even with scent booster. 3. Drier is a set rate of 2-3 dollars for 22 mins vs. other laundry mats that charge 25 Cents for 8 mins. Most of my clothes were still damp I did not want to pay again and wait another 22mins for it. 5. After a wash and dry my clothes came out with detergent stains. Never had that before. 6. After doing the majority of my laundry I noticed the roach. So gross. I ended up just redoing my laundry somewhere else. 7. Minor but the bathroom did not have hooks for coats, so I to place my jacket on the went sink. Wasted 25 dollars and 2 hours.
