It seems that their policy is to simply deny responsibility and if you don't have pictures to prove the damage you are just out of luck. The final bill was DOUBLE the estimate, with many highly questionable "add-on" charges that I felt at the time, and still do feel, were a complete scam. I wanted to file a complaint, but frankly, I did not know who to complain to. I created a Yelp account just to speak out about how terrible this company is.
