I called several window-cleaning companies but Bryce from Brite-Way called back immediately, sent someone out to do an estimate immediately, and gave me an appointment two days later, on my preferred day. I received an email confirmation for my appointment immediately and a reminder 16 hours in advance of the appointment. We had all windows and glass doors cleaned inside and out, and they look immaculate. Literally, sparkling! The results are flawless. Bryce came bang on time, took as long as he thought he would, charged what we had arranged, brought his own water and cleaning supplies, and he was both thorough and fast. Also, very professional and friendly. We had painters also, and I'm grateful for how patiently he worked around them. I can not recommend this firm enough: My only regret is that I didn't find Brite-Way sooner, especially because I also - icing on the cake! - found the price for their excellent service very, very reasonable. read more

Did an average job. One reason I picked them, was because of their rain retouch policy. It rained 2x within a week of getting windows cleaned. I emailed them to ask that they come back to do outside per their commitment, and never heard from them again. ... read more

I can't recommend Briteway high enough. Not only do i have them do the inside and outside of my business, they do such an impeccable job i have contracted them to do my home as well. The staff is completely professional and knowledgeable, and will take the time to answer any questions you may have. Brite-Way Window Cleaning started in Fargo, ND in 1973. Today we have a fleet of 17 service vehicles and have expanded our service area to include the Fargo-Moorhead area, Breckenridge-Wahpeton, Fergus Falls, Detroit Lakes, and the surrounding lakes area.
