The actual owner was there and she walked me through the process-awesome lady named Sandy! SInce I was traveling, it was suggested to paint with acrylic so I could take it home with me right away. There are about 50 or more items to paint that were mostly hand molded right in the store! There were so many options for paint colors, sponges, paint brushes and tools to create my masterpiece. On the walls were a local artists paintings as well. This only enhanced the bright and colorful decor of the studio. Glazed and Amused is part of a Friday morning art crawl, which is why the local art was displayed. I love to support local businesses and artists even when traveling!

We are so pleased with the tree removal job Wood Chucks did for us this week. We recently moved…read moreinto a house with many huge and scraggly trees way too close to the house. I left messages for the 3 most recommended companies in town. Wood Chucks was the first to call back and come out to give us an estimate, which was very reasonable for the amount of work involved. On the day work started they walked through the property with my husband and marked what was to be removed. The crew worked quickly and cautiously-we were really impressed by their efficiency. Most of the job was done in one day and they returned day 2 to take down the remaining very large trees. And they cleaned up and hauled away all the debris - even sweeping our driveway clean - and kindly loaded logs our neighbor asked for onto his trailer for him. Everyone associated with Wood Chucks was friendly, personable and really knew what they were doing. Chuck and his crew went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right and that we were happy with the results, and we would recommend them without hesitation!

My husband and I like antiques, and we were looking for something to do on a Sunday afternoon, so…read morewe came here. This is not a large antique mall, but a couple rooms very full of items. There were some things that I have never seen before, which was fun, and the prices are reasonable. We didn't end up buying anything (I don't really collect things, and I don't have much display space), but we heard another transaction going on, and it seemed that the man working was willing to haggle a little. The space is not really organized, and sometimes you have to dig under things. The aisles are very narrow - I held my purse right against my body so as not to break anything; and some of the item placements are precarious - my husband was afraid of whole shelves coming down after moving a book or two. If I lived in the area, I would come back here (maybe with a smaller purse.)

I personally would not recommend buying as one assumes it's outdated like everything in this store. At the entrance there is a car from the 1970's with flat tires.
