We again had us waiting for at least another 10-15 minutes still wet and cold. At that point we got in the car and left with no sight of anyone to take care of us. We thought the whole experience was very rude. A) They should asked if we could use help or acknowledged that we were there. B) They should have let the phone ring or tel whoever it was they will get a return call. B)

After doing a google search, I "fell" for the beautiful floral arrangements posted on the KD Floral…read morewebsite. I requested a mum plant & asked that they "dress it up a bit". The plant was delivered at the agreed upon time/date, but was not in good shape. UPDATE: KD Floral immediately responded to an email that I sent them relating my unhappy experience. They said their specialty is in floral arrangements, and they offered to send a replacement arrangement, which I agreed to. The arrangement was in beautiful fall colors, nicely done, and was promptly delivered. I am happy that this business wanted to correct their mistake and make amends.
