I have a Chevy S10, which everyone knows is the smallest truck there is. And will barely hold 1.5 cubic yards at Most!, all i had was drywall, lumber and a Roll of carpet ( 3' x 8' ) approximately, was left over carpet from a remodeling my home. I had to go to the bank and get the cash, then when I went back tony put the money in his pocket, and did help unload, i asked for a receipt, and he walked off, waited for 10 mins and tony never came back. I spoke with a worker named Dan, and he stated that Tony is on a lunch break, and cant help me with a receipt because he did not take money from me. He gave me Brian Olson's Number (218-333-8278), and instructed me to call him to get my receipt or money back. I have been calling this Brian Olson all day, and he does not answer. Talked to a Jared in the Office, and was told Tough this is a business to make money, and if i don't like the service i can go somewhere else. Guess I'll Start working with Jon's Refuse Solutions Inc. Been hearing nothing but great things about them today. Waste Management are thieves and and Con-Artist. I hope they choke on the waste they collect!
