Update/ July 2026…read more When you think this location can't get any worse, at 4pm on a Tuesday there's a single clerk and I've been in line for over 15 mins and judging by how slow the line is moving I'll probably be here for another 30 mins just to drop off a labeled package. They don't even have a window for drop offs. This is a true illustration of Bayonne, a town that got stuck in the 80s and simply doesn't want to move forward.

REVIEW WILL BE UPDATED ONCE DELIVERY IS MADE…read more Im starting a new job, in a new state in less than 2 weeks. I was guaranteed delivery on the 23rd, the latest. Given the holidays, Id expected an extra 2-3 days delay. We are now in the new year. No phone call/text to update or even confirm delivery. Silence is the new follow through. My preparation has halted. Its TERRIBLE what customer service has become. The expectation of pay when customer service is below acceptable is flooring. Little or no regard for ANYTHING other than self is disheartened. Im not even going to touch my cost is DOUBLE my estimate. Over 2k spent already and 1 payment left to pay that I'll probably dispute. This review is the 1st step, next will be to file a complaint with the EEOC, and lastly my lawyer review, then news. UNACCEPTABLE BUSINESS PRACTICE. PEOPLE DESERVE BETTER! 5/5 ShipNYC…read moreabsolutely crushed it for me. I needed a couple of custom 3D-printed camera parts, and not only did they nail the design, the parts came out perfect--tight tolerances, clean finish, and they fit my gear like factory originals. What really stood out, though, was the way they treated me. Everyone I interacted with was genuinely kind, super patient, and clearly knew their stuff. They made sure I got exactly what I needed, and didn't try to upsell me on anything. On top of that, their pricing was refreshingly reasonable--way more budget-friendly than I expected for custom work. If you need 3D printing done right, and you want to deal with people who are both talented and actually pleasant to work with, ShipNYC is the move. Highly recommended.
