They charged me nearly $200, promised me a delivery date, and now the package is still not here when I needed it the most. This store is irresponsible, misleading, and only cares about charging you money upfront. Once they get your payment, they wash their hands and blame "the delivery." Nobody tells you the truth, and they don't take responsibility for anything. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay away from this UPS Store. They act more like scammers than professionals.

Unfortunately, my experience today by myself was completely different with a different employee working. The employee today seemed annoyed from the moment I walked in. When I handed him my form and package, he stopped to find the right song on his playlist before even starting my transaction. He also got irritated that I filled out the wrong store-printed form. There were two sheets available -- one for international shipping and one for U.S. shipping. These were not forms being attached to the package itself, and I even offered to fill out the correct one if needed. I asked for the cheapest shipping option for a very small package (about 0.1 lbs that fit in a 6x9 envelope). He chose USPS Flat Rate Priority and quoted me about $25. When I politely questioned whether that was really the cheapest option, he became defensive and explained that FedEx would have cost $35. I watched him enter a 10x12 envelope and switch between USPS and FedEx options, and USPS Ground showed around $10, but he insisted on Flat Rate Priority. At that point, a line had formed behind me and I just wanted to leave, so I paid and left. Overall, it was a very uncomfortable experience, and I won't be returning.
