I'm so glad we did! The photos are perfect! When my wife went in to take the photos, she saw the most beautiful balloon arrangement she'd ever seen. She mentioned it to me when she got back home. I made a mental note to go back to get it for her first Mother's Day. You can see the results in the photos. They're a true show stopper! In fact, a stranger stopped me in the parking lot to take photos. My wife teared up a bit when I gave them to her. Such a degrading experience! I was in to complete fingerprints for my new childcare center and get…read moresome quotes on bulk advertising and my new business brochures but was GREETED with such hostility that I wouldn't do business there if they were paying ME! The fingerprinting service was separate so may have been hostility intended for their business but lost my business in the process. Told me to get out and go around back for the fingerprinting, so I walked around and went in the back which brought me to the same place and then told me to get out again and move my car! I asked if there was handicapped parking in the back to Which he said no but I still have to move my car to the handicapped spot. So this guy literally had me go take the ONLY handicapped spot when there was not a single other car in the whole parking lot just to be difficult. I'd say whatever makes his day but he was just a miserable human being. Needless to say, I did not get pricing from him for my printing needs.

She even told us she would NOT let us in and that "they are closed", again it was only 4:26pm. We've all been in her shoes and want to go home after a long day but customer service is important and it's unacceptable to lock the doors early and refuse to service the public!

They are very helpful and take extra time to assist those who may not be as familiar with technology and on-line returns. I had some color…read morecopies to make on cardstock so I first stopped at the UPS store which could not get their machine working, and....it only printed in black and white. When I saw the Fed Ex store just down in the next shopping plaza, I walked down, was greeted by a lovely person (Ashley) who helped me get the color prints I wanted and even printed them on glossy cardstock! I was even able to use the large cutting machine which made it super easy to cut the individual cards out. Great service, excellent products and awesome team member (thanks again Ashley).
