When moving to the city, my husband and I were very concerned of the stories of packages mysteriously disappearing off of stoops. We order a lot of things online so having security of the packages was extremely important. We visited the UPS store when they opened and they were having a special on their mailboxes. The manager was extremely helpful, letting us know that we could purchase the smallest (cheapest) box and they would still be able to receive packages for us. The guys there really get to know you - when I step in now, they know my name and my mailbox number. They offer to help with large or heavy packages to my car. A+ service! I have also ordered some items to be printed through their website, which were ready on time and of great quality. I have also shipped items through them with no issues. Love them! read more

Ive had the misfortune of having to do business at this location a half dozen times or so. Without exception, either they screwed something up or received terrible service. Packages returned to my home because employees aren't familiar with their own companies shipping restrictions, crappy attitudes from staff, items arriving damaged because of poor packing, etc. Also, only location I've visited that doesn't offer a discount for apo shipments. Convenient location but very poorly run. read more

This UPS was not accommodating whatsoever. They run you for every penny and come off lazy to say the very least. Considering these stores are independently owned, I will take my business to the locations across town as the customer service and dependability to get the job done at the other local stores blow this one out of the water 10 fold. Whether on the phone or in person, the service at this UPS Store is always friendly and helpful. Convenient location in a nice shopping center in the heart of Canton; easy to check the box on my way to shopping. The manager is wonderful. This is my closest UPS, service here is always quick and the gentleman that is usually here in the evenings, Joe is super polite, respectful, and delivers some amazing customer service. It's rare that people working in these places actually care about the quality of the service they give but I have been pleasantly surprised by this place on more than one occasion. I'm so glad I chose to return my AT&T Uverse equipment at this location. This store is clean, organized, and their customer service is excellent! Joe facilitated my return. He's uber knowledgeable and friendly. I witnessed three additional customers receive service and they were given excellent service too. I used this UPS store to ship 16 medium-large boxes to California. I initially called to get an idea of what the process would be like. Joe was eager to help and gave me great advice on packing/labeling before I got there. Upon arrival, Joe made the process easy, seamlessly working between my shipment and other customers who came in. Warning! Did you know......If you want to ship a box (that you securely wrapped) & buy insurance at ANY U.P.S. store.....& box/contents gets damaged, insurance is VOID. How can they accept your package, accept your money for insurance WITHOUT explaining this beforehand? So.....yesterday, I took a clock to get shipped, in orignal it's "packaging," to be sent to Australia. Asked clerk to pack to be safe. The dimensions were 25 x 25 x 5 8lbs, 15oz. Estimated cost WITH box, peanuts, insurance & shipping= $500.!!! Ummmmmmmmmm, NO! I, then took box to ABC BOX in S. Baltimore, they wrapped in bubble wrap, foam, heavy duty box= $8.00 Then shipped at U.S.P.S., W/ insurance, guaranteed delivery by 08/15/17= $84.50 $92.50 total vs $500.00? No brainer!!!!!!! Joe, Emily and all the staff here cheerfully and helpfully chugged along through the after-work, 4 days until Christmas rush. Joe in particular was so helpful in printing my Christmas cards and address labels. He patiently fixes the glitches in my file and found a work around to my sketchy thumb-drive conking out. This place cannot print shipping labels. For some reason the systems they have cannot print to the printers - so I have to wait for someone who is renting their one computer that can to finish, it's been 20 minutes. read more

If I can, I would like to give them 0 star. I loved this store, went there all the time to print stuff. Today was actually the first time they charged me for computer use for 2 min! When I asked the guy, should I use usb drive in the future to avoid this computer usage cause it seems you guys changed policy already. He said: well, a lot of people come in and take advantages of out computer and Internet. Excuse me? ! I'm taking advantage of your computer and your internet for 2 min to print a letter ??? Two words: Rock Stars. I had a project that wasn't able to be completed on time by my office, so I went to this store in hopes that they could help. My meeting (which is for an international cancer related non-profit) was in another country so I needed a good number of presentation books printed and bound as well as an equal number of table name cards shipped and delivered by the next week. The formatting on my table cards was messed up, the machine for binding broke, but that did not stop Jeremiah and Connor from getting the job done. They both stay for THREE HOURS after the store closed at 7. I would not have done that for me and I doubt any other store in the state has employees like this. Good job, great service, five stars and thank you really don't do these guys justice. People might read this and "go, geez, a little much on the praise, they just did their jobs." To that, I challenge them to find two complete strangers who will work a full shift and then stay for three hours past closing, using broken equipment and on a friday night to finish a project because they said they would when you walked in at 5 pm. This is only the second time I've written a bad review for any business, but the experience I had with this UPS Store warrants it. The transaction was long distance with the shipper in Baltimore and myself in AL. I purchased a set of China from a woman in Baltimore and offered to pay for the packing and shipping directly. The seller called the UPS on Boston and got an estimate for $150 to pack and ship. Though both the seller and I thought this was expensive I agreed to have her bring the dishes in the next day to be shipped. When all was said and done, however, they charged me over $260., nearly 80% more than the "estimate." I just had an armoire shipped from North Carolina for less. When I complained to the owner, who actually gave the original estimate, she was unsympathetic and insisted the $150 was "only an estimate." She had no clue as to the meaning of an "estimate." While , unlike a a quote, it is not a definitive price, an estimate must be within a reasonable range of the final cost. If you cannot make a prediction within 20% or so, you have no business giving an estimate. read more
