When moving to the city, my husband and I were very concerned of the stories of packages mysteriously disappearing off of stoops. We order a lot of things online so having security of the packages was extremely important. We visited the UPS store when they opened and they were having a special on their mailboxes. The manager was extremely helpful, letting us know that we could purchase the smallest (cheapest) box and they would still be able to receive packages for us. The guys there really get to know you - when I step in now, they know my name and my mailbox number. They offer to help with large or heavy packages to my car. A+ service! I have also ordered some items to be printed through their website, which were ready on time and of great quality. I have also shipped items through them with no issues. Love them! read more

They are so incredibly professional and nice. I had an issue with some documents that needed to be notarized. They are so incredibly helpful and did everything they could to assist me. They are by far the meaning of Customer Service!!! read more

Ive had the misfortune of having to do business at this location a half dozen times or so. Without exception, either they screwed something up or received terrible service. Packages returned to my home because employees aren't familiar with their own companies shipping restrictions, crappy attitudes from staff, items arriving damaged because of poor packing, etc. Also, only location I've visited that doesn't offer a discount for apo shipments. Convenient location but very poorly run. read more

This UPS was not accommodating whatsoever. They run you for every penny and come off lazy to say the very least. Considering these stores are independently owned, I will take my business to the locations across town as the customer service and dependability to get the job done at the other local stores blow this one out of the water 10 fold. Do not bring your business here. read more

Whether on the phone or in person, the service at this UPS Store is always friendly and helpful. Convenient location in a nice shopping center in the heart of Canton; easy to check the box on my way to shopping. The manager is wonderful. I've used them for years for business mail without issue, just consistently superb service. read more

Lexi at the UPS store is incredibly helpful!! I had a tracking issue and for a Rent the Runway return - she offered to email me an image to show proof that the package was shipped but MIA in a processing facility. Def recommend this location! read more

Came here to return something to Amazon. Experience was easy without issue. There is usually a line, the only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars, but this might be due to the fact that I went around the holiday season and covid limits how many people can go in at one time. read more

Horrible customer service, horrible package tracking, very suspicious handling of deliveries. My experience with this store was simply awful and I would not trust them with an empty envelope. read more

Pretty ridiculous that other UPS stores offer USPS package drop off. Even the stores website indicates these services are offered, however, they are not. Really inconvenient and absurd the owner would refuse these services in a city. read more

This place is great. Brian and John are SUPER friendly and helpful - they went above and beyond to help me print in a very short turnaround time. Highly recommend this location! read more

This is my closest UPS, service here is always quick and the gentleman that is usually here in the evenings, Joe is super polite, respectful, and delivers some amazing customer service. It's rare that people working in these places actually care about the quality of the service they give but I have been pleasantly surprised by this place on more than one occasion. Joe you're the man! read more

I'm so glad I chose to return my AT&T Uverse equipment at this location. This store is clean, organized, and their customer service is excellent! Joe facilitated my return. He's uber knowledgeable and friendly. I witnessed three additional customers receive service and they were given excellent service too. The owner came up to look for something but also made sure the guests were taken care of. This is definitely my UPS store of choice. Thx to the "tatted cowboy" lol. read more

After an epic (and most terribly timed) failure by FedEx, Joe and Connor - and the delivery man whose name I didn't catch - at this UPS saved the day. They were incredibly kind, sympathetic, helpful, and genuinely concerned about making sure they could do everything in their power to get 4 Very Important Boxes to Texas ASAP. I so appreciate their honesty and willingness to work above and beyond. They may have saved my co-worker her job, and the organization I work for its reputation. Thank you thank you THANK YOU!! read more

I used this UPS store to ship 16 medium-large boxes to California. I initially called to get an idea of what the process would be like. Joe was eager to help and gave me great advice on packing/labeling before I got there. Upon arrival, Joe made the process easy, seamlessly working between my shipment and other customers who came in. The dude is incredible at his job and I would definitely recommend this store for their outstanding customer service. Plus, he is a packing whiz and quickly wrapped up my golf clubs for shipment. read more

My boyfriend and I have a mailbox here and get A LOT of packages delivered! Joe and the rest of the crew are always super helpful and courteous! They always go above and beyond! Great customer service! Great people! If you live in the city and don't want to have to worry about packages being stolen from your doorstep I highly recommend you get a box at this store! read more

I wish I knew his name - he wears glasses, but there is this worker here who is the nicest person I've ever met. He, along with everyone else I've encountered in my capricious UPS visits, has given the utmost customer service; it's almost unsettling ... I think to myself, what did I do to deserve this. Why are the UPS people so great? Why are you all working somewhere that doesn't accept tips? I wish I had more things to ship. read more

I had to run in this morning and print out a shipping label and the two guys working were just super cool and helpful ... so polite and friendly. It really set the tone for my day :-) Also, they have really cute Easter cards in there. read more

Joe, Johnny and Craig were wonderful. Friendly, detail oriented and thorough. They taped up my old tattered boxes for me. I travelled a bit further to this UPD store because reviews of the other ones nearby were not so great. Worth the trip! read more

Joe and Emily provide excellent customer service every time I come into the store. I'm so happy to be a customer. my packagesare always delivered on time and I never have any customer service issues. It's a pleasure to be a customer of this store. read more

This place cannot print shipping labels. For some reason the systems they have cannot print to the printers - so I have to wait for someone who is renting their one computer that can to finish, it's been 20 minutes. read more

Joe, Emily and all the staff here cheerfully and helpfully chugged along through the after-work, 4 days until Christmas rush. Joe in particular was so helpful in printing my Christmas cards and address labels. He patiently fixes the glitches in my file and found a work around to my sketchy thumb-drive conking out. I always go to this store for my printing and the service is always phenomenal. Highly recommended!! read more

Warning! Did you know......If you want to ship a box (that you securely wrapped) & buy insurance at ANY U.P.S. store.....& box/contents gets damaged, insurance is VOID. How can they accept your package, accept your money for insurance WITHOUT explaining this beforehand? So.....yesterday, I took a clock to get shipped, in orignal it's "packaging," to be sent to Australia. Asked clerk to pack to be safe. The dimensions were 25 x 25 x 5 8lbs, 15oz. Estimated cost WITH box, peanuts, insurance & shipping= $500.!!! Ummmmmmmmmm, NO! I, then took box to ABC BOX in S. Baltimore, they wrapped in bubble wrap, foam, heavy duty box= $8.00 Then shipped at U.S.P.S., W/ insurance, guaranteed delivery by 08/15/17= $84.50 $92.50 total vs $500.00? No brainer!!!!!!! Stay far, far, far, far away from these franchises! read more

The staff is extremely efficient, courteous and super helpful. I have one that is closer to me but take the extra 10 minutes to go to this store. The pumpin music that is always playing makes the experience that much better. read more

The people are nice and the store is clean. I had a package held here for pickup for free, according to UPS myChoice. This store charged me 10 dollars to pick it up. I would not have my packages held here. All they have to do is forget a sticker and it will cost you. read more

I have come to this store a good bit and every time i end up leaving with a smile on my face! the employees are super helpful and always so very nice! They always work so hard for me every time i'm there and all my packages have made it to their destinations on time every time. I'm convinced that this is the best ups store in Baltimore! All my business and mailing needs will be taken care of here because the staff is very passionate about there work. All in all i highly recommend this company to any on with shipping or printing needs! read more

Thank you to Joe, Connor and UPS Driver John for a wonderful UPS experience!!!! These three men went above and beyond to make sure our needs were taken care of, not to mention, stayed past closing to do so! This is the model for what every UPS store should be. Great service with a friendly and hard-working staff, clearly motivated to serve the customer. My scanning job was done in less than 2 minutes. The store is sunny, clean and well-organized. Convenient location in Canton Crossing Mall, opposite the Broom Factory building. Highly recommended! read more

If I can, I would like to give them 0 star. I loved this store, went there all the time to print stuff. Today was actually the first time they charged me for computer use for 2 min! When I asked the guy, should I use usb drive in the future to avoid this computer usage cause it seems you guys changed policy already. He said: well, a lot of people come in and take advantages of out computer and Internet. Excuse me? ! I'm taking advantage of your computer and your internet for 2 min to print a letter ??? Does this sound too ridiculous? Will never go back to this ups store again. The worst customer service ever!!!!! read more

Unbelievable service. Truly a pleasure to go here. Fast, friendly, efficient, go above and beyond call of duty to help get bulky boxes out of car, hold door for me. Wonderful service. read more

I've never been to a better UPS! Always fantastic service, friendly, and fast. Couldn't ask for more. The general manager seems to be a huge reason for this, he's awesome! He is always there though, can we give this guy a week off?!? read more

Two words: Rock Stars. I had a project that wasn't able to be completed on time by my office, so I went to this store in hopes that they could help. My meeting (which is for an international cancer related non-profit) was in another country so I needed a good number of presentation books printed and bound as well as an equal number of table name cards shipped and delivered by the next week. The formatting on my table cards was messed up, the machine for binding broke, but that did not stop Jeremiah and Connor from getting the job done. They both stay for THREE HOURS after the store closed at 7. I would not have done that for me and I doubt any other store in the state has employees like this. Good job, great service, five stars and thank you really don't do these guys justice. People might read this and "go, geez, a little much on the praise, they just did their jobs." To that, I challenge them to find two complete strangers who will work a full shift and then stay for three hours past closing, using broken equipment and on a friday night to finish a project because they said they would when you walked in at 5 pm. To Jeremiah and Connor, I know I told you this over and over, both I really appreciate what you guys did and I hope you know that you saved my meeting. read more

This is only the second time I've written a bad review for any business, but the experience I had with this UPS Store warrants it. The transaction was long distance with the shipper in Baltimore and myself in AL. I purchased a set of China from a woman in Baltimore and offered to pay for the packing and shipping directly. The seller called the UPS on Boston and got an estimate for $150 to pack and ship. Though both the seller and I thought this was expensive I agreed to have her bring the dishes in the next day to be shipped. When all was said and done, however, they charged me over $260., nearly 80% more than the "estimate." I just had an armoire shipped from North Carolina for less. When I complained to the owner, who actually gave the original estimate, she was unsympathetic and insisted the $150 was "only an estimate." She had no clue as to the meaning of an "estimate." While , unlike a a quote, it is not a definitive price, an estimate must be within a reasonable range of the final cost. If you cannot make a prediction within 20% or so, you have no business giving an estimate. read more
