I stood at the counter for a couple of minutes before I said, "excuse me?" The young man sighed and said "wassup", never coming to the front. When requesting a notary, I was told that there "wasn't anybody here for that, try back tomorrow." When I asked if I could schedule, I was told "we don't do that". Every answer was "I don't know." Unfortunately, the package was never delivered due to an issue with the address formatting. I contacted the store for assistance and to request a refund or resolution, but I was informed that no refund would be provided, and I did not receive an apology or clear explanation. I paid for a service that did not occur, and the lack of customer support and accountability was disappointing. For a service that handles time-sensitive shipments, I expected more proactive communication, verification of address details before shipping, and a willingness to resolve the situation when the service failed. I hope Goin' Postal improves its address verification processes and customer service practices so that future customers do not have the same experience.
