Beef stew

I was visiting friends in the area and they took me here. I could tell I was going to like this place from the minute I stepped inside! We got a table around the corner, overlooking the ocean, beautiful from the recent snowfall. I've forgotten our server's name, but she was awesome! I had the beef stew & biscuit special. Friends had the fish tacos & haddock sandwich. We all shared an Indian pudding for dessert--one of the best I've had at a restaurant! When in York, check this place out!

What a great spot!! We got a table on the patio just after sunset. Our server was fantastic. Efficient and friendly. We were there a little past closing as we finished and didn't feel rushed at all. Haddock Reuben was yummy with a nice piece of fish. Fried chicken sandwich was juicy and large. Mine was a little overcooked but still tasty. Overall good!

Haddock Tacos with side salad

Excellent lunch! 4 of us went for lunch and all were satisfied. We wanted a nice lunch, with a view and a little holiday vibe. We sat at a sunny, decorated window with a nice view of Short Sands and the ocean. We started with 3 bloody Mary's which were tasty and an ice cold Alagash beer. We ordered another shot of vodka as we like them to be a tad stronger. 2 of us ordered the haddock Rueben , one the haddock tacos and the other a haddock sandwich. All were generous portions. Two of us got the side salad which was the perfect size and very fresh, with their crab dressing (sounds weird but actually tasty) and 2 got the side fries that were very crispy without being overcooked. Finally some nice crispy fries! It was a nice lunch and we all were glad we chose this spot as there isn't a lot of lunch options off season up this way. We all said we will be back.

First time trying The Union Bluff- Pub restaurant and it was pretty good. A little loud but it was a Saturday and it was Fall Festival in York, ME. So, to be expected. The service was great. Fast and food was delivered very quickly. Food was delicious. Deceiving because the pics I saw on the website didn't look like a lot of food. When you get the food on the table.... The portions are HUGE! Good but massive. I suppose nothing wrong with that. Good food is good food.

What a great evening. Lovely views, great staff and awesome food. Connected to the hotel, it is still easy to get in. Not sure if you can use the valet parking, but there is plenty of places around town and an enjoyable walk. With a great view of the beach and ocean, you really can't go wrong. The staff is very friendly. Great menu options and specials. Yep he hummus platter was huge snd a meal of its own. Plus bread so come hungry for sure. The cod special was incredible and with the sauce on the side, I was able to control the amount. Loved it. Offered a full bar, beer rotation and everything else to meet the needs of your group. What a fun space, casual dining, pub and small outdoor seating options available. We will be back for sure.

A really nice local place whether you want to get a drink or a meal. Personally the chicken wings and nachos are great. The service is always friendly and great as well as quick. It's such a quaint old school pub vibe.

We enjoyed a nice lunch at The Union Bluff Pub. The server was so friendly and welcoming. The lobster rolls were absolutely delicious! The fries were also good. We sat by the window and had a beautiful view of the ocean.

This place was so awesome, I cleaned my plate! Crab cakes were awesome and fresh and the cookie skillet was to die for. Service was good, people were friendly.

My favorite place to have a Maine Lunch and Haddock Rueben. Can't get any better with that oceanfront.

We visited on Friday night and sat at a table as the bar seating was pretty packed. Crowd was pretty chill - a mixture of people in their 20's having drinks & apps, and then older couples/families enjoying dinner. We were happy to see Smithwicks on the draft menu, and we also got a Downeast cider with a caramel/cinnamon rim. We ordered the house made mozzarella sticks, which were ginormous, crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside, and all around delicious. We all opted with different types of burgers - sliders, fried chicken, and a pub burger. All were served with fries and were perfectly cooked. The coating on my fried chicken was crispy and flavorful. Service was awesome - our glasses were never left empty! Best of all, Dwyers has a free jukebox packed with favorites. Looking forward to coming back on our next visit to Portsmouth - we'll definitely be trying the deviled eggs, wings, and fried oreos!

After spending aprox $250 on drinks we were asked to leave our table before we were done because there were other people waiting for tables. I understand that it's a busy St. Paddy's weekend and they need to turn tables over and make $ but it was quite jarring and rude AND we were getting ready to order food. I enjoy this place but i won't be returning. If you want average food and drinks, which is forgivable because of the fun music, and would like to be treated like crap on a Saturday afternoon, Dwyers is the place for you.

I actually would go as far as saying they are underrated in talks of all the breweries in Maine. They have always been a brewery with a vast amount of variety in their styles they brew. Such as IPAs, fruited sours, porters, stouts, lagers, and so many more. Enough variety you could visit and all your party could find their style. They also deserve a lot of credit for being one of the first if not the first in the state to jump on the non-alcoholic train for beers. This has expanded to basically be as varied in style as their usual beers now. I actually enjoyed their NA Mexican Lager and it was delicious and would be a great option for those looking for NA beers. My wife grabbed their NA seltzer and enjoyed it as well. Since that expansion they have also moved into adaptogen beverages as well as CBD/THC drinks too. They keep expanding their portfolio while also doing what they already do so well! Also for non beer drinkers they did have some bourbon and other spirits available as well. Really great options for all who show up! They don't offer food themselves besides some free popcorn, which was seasoned perfectly! Although if feeling like more food swing in next door to Weathervine and grab some food before to pair with your drink. The bartender was very friendly and apologized when my first choice kicked and from his interactions with other patrons it is clear Woodland Farms cares about their customers! A spot my wife and I will make sure to return to sooner rather than later. You should check it out as well!
