When it came in I was told it was $57.07 and if I didn't want to pay that price I could leave it. Previously I had received this same order delivered to my home for $34.69. They deliberately jacked up the price to $57.07 for 5 lb. of dog food. They knew I was all out so felt free to rake me over the coals for $22.38 more than it really cost. The staff person gave no instruction or guidelines whatsoever and simply sat by as we tried to figure the place out. One of the more offensive moments came when we were told "I think your time is about up anyway" after one of the staff person's friends entered with her two dogs and we had no idea what the parameters of us being there were. What, just get out now? We felt because we had never been before and weren't familiar with the place that we were unwelcome at this exclusive club. At least our dogs didn't mind the attitude. Bravo to him! We hired Brian to help us train our Springer, Beardsley when he was young. As you read here, Brian came to our house, Beardsley fell in love with him and nearly instantly wanted to do whatever, whenever Brian asked. He helped us understand our dog and train him to be the best possible version of human companion imaginable, and Brian's lessons have remained in our heads and been practiced through the acquisition of our family's future pets. I see no need to echo what everyone else here is saying, it's all well-said and entirely true. Brian is worth his weight in gold. But two things I haven't heard here do deserve emphasis. Brian is absolutely great at relating personally to the dog lovers he works for. He empowers them (us) to become good trainers ourselves without mentioning the fact that he's doing so, so that you become adept at how to manage your dog's behavior and understand his inner brain workings by the time the training sessions are completed. This is a very good thing. Also, I have perhaps never had more usable advice in teaching a pet (or a child, even) than when Brian said to me, "Linda, just saying Beardsley's name louder isn't a command. We have two young rescue dogs, one of which was horribly abused and is thus very shy and afraid of people and takes a long time to warm up to anyone. We wanted to schedule several visits over the course of Feb-May to be sure our dogs would be comfortable with their caretaker while we were away. We met with the owner, and then with a caretaker, which seemed to go well. Then when we tried to schedule another visit, we got put off and put off multiple times over weeks with various excuses ranging from weather to injury and no callbacks, we always had to initiate communication. After several weeks of this treatment, we were informed by the owner that our dogs were too high maintenance and that Fresh Trails was not willing to work with us. Let me say, for the record, that I totally understand rescue dogs being difficult to work with, especially one who was as abused as our poor girl was. I do not fault Fresh Trails at all for declining to work with a dog with issues of that nature. Where I do find fault is with the incredibly unprofessional way we were treated, especially as Fresh Trails was well aware of our time constraints and our desire to give our girls plenty of time to get used to their caretaker. It should not have taken 2 months to come to the decision that our girls were too challenging, especially when several weeks had elapsed since the last visit.

My puppy is happy to go there every time. She LOVES seeing familiar faces and the employees are pleasant and helpful. We have had to use them for last minute boarding and day care since we started and they are truly there for their clients. I know I can rely on them and they listen to any concerns I have. I took my puppy for intro grooming to another place and that service messed up her cut. Brianna, the groomer at Gemini, is currently helping to get her shape back and she has had detailed conversations with me on how she will help. My puppy is looking adorable again. Trainers there are very detailed and knowledgeable with what they do and how your puppy responds. I think I may go for additional training. Overall, I'm very pleased and would highly recommend them. Now I understand why their evaluation process is so detailed. They truly care about their dogs.

My dog was groomed perfectly and she was truly cared for from that I observed. The grooming session was fast (under 2 hours) and I was notified right away when Movha was ready to be picked up. Mocha was really happy when I came to get her! She was jumping and said by to her groomer (who was very friendly and kind). I will definitely be back to have Mocha groomed here again!
