Our consult was with Nance, and she was very patient in explaining the process and talking us through some initial things that we were struggling with. Then, we started with a training package that included 3 private training classes and 2 months of group obedience classes. We also went to a few puppy kindergarten classes. Nicole did the majority of our trainings and she has been a god-sent. She is very good with the dogs, and her energy level makes the training classes fun both for us and our dog. We learned a lot from Nicole and she helped us to feel a lot less stressed out and actually enjoy the puppyhood. The obedience class is set up like a monthly subscription, where you can go to as many classes as you want. We end up going about 3-4 times a week for 30 minutes, as it is a great activity to mentally exercise our dog and provide socialization while working alongside other dogs. We also started bringing our dog to their dog day camp 2x a week. Tim was also very patient in explaining the process. The dog day camp has been great in getting her to play with other dogs and allows her to learn obedience from others aside from us.

It's remarkable to see the progress that they make with her and how much they enjoy their training sessions! Nance adapts her training sessions to the needs of the individual dog and she is quick to assess how they learn best. She is always patient, kind, and encouraging. We are so lucky to have her expertise, she has changed the lives of so many dogs!

We use Companion Pet Sitting for grooming services. Our 14-month old Cobberdog has been going for…read moreregular grooming with Lindsay since he was five months old. He is pretty typically behaved about most things and does just fine with about an hour and 20 minute groom time. Our prior dog, an Australian Labradoodle, was a nervous wreck about life. We tired other groomers with her- one told me she "was awful and needed agility class and refuses to go into this crate!" And another groomer who everyone swore by used to take four hours to groom her and would be swearing and sweating by the end of her appointment. Then, we happened upon Lindsay at Companion Pet Sitting. (Cue the ahhhh music...) she was patient and kind and acknowledged that our dog was nervous and called her silly and said, "she tires all sorts of yoga moves but she's fine!" This dog lost an eye and Lindsay even designed a hair style to keep her hair in a side-swept bang style. This is a no frills operation, the appointments are booked so that dogs don't have to spend all day there and I get a text message when he's ready for pick up. Everyone is friendly and flexible and always happy to see the dogs! They are pretty heavily booked with all of the Covid Doodles but if you can get in there, they are amazing.

It put our minds at ease knowing that our fur babies were in the care of someone who will give them the same love, affection & attention that they receive at home. We will definitely use Tails N' Trails Pets again the next time we are in the area & couldn't recommend them enough!

Wonderful!!!! Leslie has been taking care of our dog, Sydney…read morefor 8 1/2 years, since she was a puppy (might be one of her first clients) and we could not be more pleased. Sydney is so excited to see her every day and comes home ready for a nap. Sydney has lots of energy and goes out on trail runs daily with small groups of other dogs. Leslie and her staff are extremely reliable. We trust her with our fur baby and coming into our home every day. They never miss a day regardless of weather or whatever. Totally reliable!! She truly loves caring for and exercising the dogs. She is a pleasure to communicate with and will always accommodate me if there is a special circumstance. I would highly recommend Doggonerunnin, Leslie and her team for exercising and socializing your pets. Marianne~Sudbury

She did not respond and when she came to pick up my dog for a scheduled and prepaid hike two days later, she called me at work. Almost as soon as I picked up, Leslie began a harangue of verbal abuse. Apparently she had taken my message as an attempt to immediately cancel all services, which it was not. Instead of allowing me to clarify or get a word in at all, Leslie yelled at me for the duration of two phone calls, hung up on me, and refused to listen to my voicemail. Her behavior was borderline unhinged. She turned a misunderstanding on her part into a verbal assault and complete severance of our contract. This episode was extreme enough that I would no longer trust her with my dog or as a reasonable person with whom to conduct any sort of business.
