The car behind me also had similar scrapes, just not as deep. He also filed a claim. I was told I would receive a callback within 2-3 days. TEN days later, I stop at the car wash and ask to speak with the manager. I'm told that they are NOT responsible. "Someone" must have used a shovel or scraper to remove snow. I said that did NOT happen, plus the car behind me had the same markings. He said that it must have been a shovel or scraper. I call a supervisor to get the same answer. So their solution to damage their wash by GASLIGHTING their clients. I'm beyond furious. I went in with no damage and came out with damage. Just because they can't explain it doesn't mean it didn't happen to TWO CARS! It's NOT a coincidence. I have withdrawn my membership and will tell anyone I can NOT to use their service. I've never given a bad review to anyone, but feel people need to be warned.

They really shouldn't call it a car wash they should just call it a car rinse because after spending eight dollars I got virtually zero soap out of the high pressure soap spray. So after eight dollars the only thing I really accomplish was rinsing my truck. Don't waste your money unless you just want a fresh water rinse

This is a "soft cloth car wash," the only one I have found in this area (we just moved here a month…read moreago). Been here three times. Same experience with the basic wash. The basic wash is $7, and Wednesdays is $6. You can get extras too. I have a small SUV with the spare tire on the back door. They do have one or two people up front that give a spray to those hard-to-get-at areas, but it doesn't seem enough. They don't tape down the rear window wiper, so you might want to do it yourself before leaving home. The wash is quite good, much better than the "touchless" sprays that don't remove all the heavy dirt. However, the dryer doesn't get it all dry and there is no one at the end to wipe down excess water. Recommend you bring a few old towels and wipe down leftover drops and difficult-to-reach areas. Petersons does guarantee that they will re-wash your car if you don't like how it comes out.

I recently purchased a 2008 VW Jetta off of Travieso. He gave wrong information in the ad stating…read moreit has a check engine light but does not affect the way it drives. Once I got there I popped the hood and immediately seen the MAF sensor was unplugged so I said something and he proceeded to pull the connector from behind the motor and plug it in which once he did it immediately died. So I immediately decided to scan it and found 6 different trouble codes which Travieso said "has check engine light but doesn't effect the way it drives" was misinformation. After I confronted him with the codes he was willing to negotiate and eventually we agreed from 3000-2000. Once I got it home I found that it was leaking oil majorly and burning it. But remember it "doesn't effect the way it drives" thankfully I'm knowledgeable when it comes to these systems and found the source of the issues pretty quickly and repaired it for around 200 so still a win. But overall I would not recommend this place because I felt he was trying to be very deceiving and seemed upset when I tried negotiating for the issues. If you go here please request to scan the car with either his scan tool or better yet take it to Napa or O'Reillys, please be careful when buying here! Anyways I fixed it cheap and now it works well.
