Like TOO responsive. She got back to me within mins on a Sunday night and quoted me a reasonable price to strip and refinish my tub. Leo came through and did the work and it looks good to go by the next day. Just note, the odor from the glaze is really strong and you can't be around when the process is done and for 4-5 hours after while it sets.
