With all the active attractions, keeping the building cooler would make the experience even better and encourage families to stay longer. Aside from that, everything was fantastic. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The manager went above and beyond with what I would call 150% customer service, making us feel genuine memories!y appreciated from start to finish. We searched around and found SCANDIA OF VICTORVILLE. Sounded really nice that they had between 7 to 10 festival rides, Arcades, batting cages AND mini golf. The pricing was well worth it also. We were all jazzed and purchased enough points/credits so the whole family could go their own ways and enjoy this theme parks' attractions. Although, not only my Family and I, but several other families were put on pause from enjoying their time together, as well, due to the understaffing. The first attraction, for us, was the go-carts. Although, after a 15 minute wait and No attendant, I pursued to the box office where "Jeff" explained that "Bree", would be attending the rides as she finishes with the ride she was currently attending. And that she was THE ONLY RIDE ATTENDANT that night. I then asked to speak with "Tom", the manager, on duty, Jeff radioed him to the box office. Tom apologized and explained it was out of his hands. I expressed that not only were we limited to the hours of fun, for the night, but also the lack of staffing was taking from our family time, money and fun. I asked to speak with the owner "Larson", although, he was unreachable! Pursuing the attempt to enjoy the rest of the evening, I have to admit, Tom, the manager called in another worker to help operate the rides as well as operate them himself. My wife and I feel to avoid any future family setbacks at SCANDIA OF VICTORVILLE, they should get better organized and fully staffed. But to the outstanding and diligent staff (Jeff/Bree/Tom and the other consistent employees) Great Job For making the night not soo bad.
