Greg is down-to-earth and a no BS trainer that pushes you to become the best version of you. His charisma comes from his outspoken attitude and experience working as a personal trainer at other gyms. He is also very professional and knows how to think ahead. If a gym or environment does not meet the needs of his clients, it does not meet his. Since I've meet him a few months ago, he's been on a cut and you can tell he knows his stuff because he gets the results he wants for himself & his clients. I request heavy on the lower body & my legs look amazing! I feel super confident wearing short skirts this summer & putting on a bikini at the beach every week due to how toned I look! He is efficient! My one-on-one sessions are one hour but I put in work! He personalizes each work out to me depending on my goals and we get to it! He makes sure each rep & set are optimal for me and we adjust throughout the session depending on what my body can do that day. Greg has taken me to failure, I've cried, I've puked and I keep coming back! He pushes me in just the right way, something I could not do on my own. My workouts with him are super fun and I always look forward to them! I have no reservations about endorsing Greg to anyone! I also would like to add I have a PCL tear and he makes sure I'm safe. I've had major improvement in my chronic pain since gaining muscle that's improved my daily life.

I LOVE Maura! Which is exactly why I had to write this review. Her energy and the spirit she brings…read moreto every class are truly incomparable. Maura is engaged with her students throughout the entire class. She pays attention to your form, makes sure you're doing each movement correctly, and genuinely wants you to reach your maximum potential. She always gives modifications if you need to make something easier, while also offering ways to make it more challenging if you want to push yourself. One of the things I appreciate most about Maura is that she actually corrects your posture and form. That is SO important in Pilates, and you can tell she is truly watching and invested in every student instead of simply teaching from the front of the room. Unfortunately, my experience with some of the other instructors has felt much more flat and routine. There have been classes where the instructor mostly walks up and down the room, gives the sequence, and seems focused on simply getting through the class, with very little correction or individual feedback. That difference is exactly what makes Maura stand out so much. She is present, attentive, encouraging, and actually teaches. I honestly wish I could have Maura for every single class I attend! Earlier classes usually work better for my schedule, but I will gladly make the sacrifice from time to time to attend her evening classes because she is absolutely worth it. I wish more instructors brought Maura's level of personality, energy, attention, and genuine care into their classes. She makes the experience so much better, and most importantly, she makes sure her students are doing everything safely and correctly. I just love her and cannot recommend her enough!

Then I realized at the end of that 10 years, I had nothing to show for it. My body did not feel better and my outlook on life was starting to feel more negative. From the very first day, I noticed I had more energy and felt more positive. If it were not an incredible workout, I would not be doing pilates at least 5 days a week. During my workout, I push myself and I'm always proud when I finish a class. There are many levels to choose from. If you want to push yourself and feel better mentally and physically, you should try pilates. There is no excuse for waiting until tomorrow. Feeling better takes one baby step at a time. The equipment really stood out to me. It was very new and they have some very cutting edge stuff. The layout is nice, also. For example they don't have uncomfortably bright ceiling lights that blind you while you're on a bench facing the ceiling. There are mirrors in all the right places so you can observe your form, however they don't create accidental, unwanted eye contact with other lifters. There were other people in the gym while I was there, but there wasn't so many that it ever felt crowded. There are plenty of benches and squat racks to accommodate everybody. The machines are outstanding. This place really does everything right, from little details to big ones. I would very highly recommend Rebirth Lifting Club.
