Went to the studio for 1 year or a little longer! Favorite class was Rhthm Fit! Great energy when I started the people were so friendly! this was a place where I loved to workout and be around good people. Great instructors but recently energy is not the same.The energy when you walkin is def not the same Front desk is not the same energy as before. To many small circles. Some front desk on Tuesday night was a little rude I walked in was not greeted and they greeted and hugged the person that walked in behind me. Energy shifts around certain people. Not worth the energy with the prices I pay. I have it a 2 because the class was amazing! Circuits were amazing. Overall energy and small circles are horrible. read more

Love this studio! I started coming to rhythm studios about a year and a half ago & i can honestly say it has changed my life for the better! I feel stronger physically & mentally, as someone who never had an active lifestyle i have learned that working out in a club setting was all i needed to fall in love with working out! I took my first two spin classes last week and I am already looking forward to taking many more classes here! It's been awhile since I sweated so much LOL. I absolutely loved how fun and challenging this was. I enjoyed the music and the challenge. I took my classes with Vinnie and his energy is contagious! He's the owner and trainer for some of the classes. What I found respectable and impressive was how he remembers most of his clients name. He knew who I was right when I walked in for my first class and celebrated the fact that it was my first class. I've been to many gyms and studios and that's never happened! It definitely made me feel welcomed. I've been taking classes here and at their Rhythm and Flow studio for the past week and I have had so much fun. If you're looking for a motivating environment where people are not only friendly but encourage you to reach your workout/wellness goals while celebrating your progress, this is the spot! They offer 7 days of free classes when you first sign on so that you can take the opportunity to try different classes without having to commit. The shopping center the gym is located in has plenty of parking spots. As soon as I walked in, I received a friendly greeting and introduction to how the fitness studio works. My name was even noted on their sign, welcoming new members. There are a variety of classes offered. If you need equipment, they'll provide it for free that first week, and then you have to rent it out if you decide to purchase a membership. Reasonable. I particularly like the spin classes. As someone who doesn't "do" cardio, this class gets my blood pumping in a good way. The combination of a great playlist, flashing lights, and people in sync really helps me to push beyond my limits. All the instructors are inspiring during the workout sessions, but my favorite Spin classes are led by Vinny. Whatever class you take, you'll be motivated to do your best, but in an encouraging environment. Other classes I've enjoyed are the Yin Yoga and Rhythm Fit. Most of the other classes are done in a heated room...im still slowly adjusting to those. Personally, I don't have the tolerance yet to work out in a class set at 90° But you'll definitely feel the burn if you rise to the challenge. WOW!!! I moved to Victorville for a semester and this place quickly became my second home. I can't thank this Spin Studio's staff and members for the fun and support while working out. Today I hit my 100th ride at R&R and I feel stronger than ever. The workouts are full body which engages arms, shoulders, core and legs; I have seen my body change incredibly and my endurance is at the highest function I've experienced in my entire life. This studio has gone completely down hill. The owner has started offering uncertified and unqualified nutrition/life coaching. I'm fairly certain most of the instructors are not properly educated and qualified to teach the classes they are teaching. Although you leave sweaty it's only because the room is heated to 90 degrees and not because you had a quality workout. Instructors care more about how many workouts they can fit in 60min verse having proper form and alignment. They replaced the floor with this disgusting rubber and most of their classes require shoes now. You're basically walking around barefoot in street bacteria. There is no way they are getting it properly cleaned between each class. The new floor absorbs all of the sweat and bacteria. I over heard a woman say she got a fungal infection from the studio. A cockroach has attended at least 3 of the classes I've tried. It's safe to say, I will not be coming back. It's very clear to me that public health and safety is the least of their concern. Cramming 40 people into a small room can't be up to fire safety regulations. Also, the owner is a total creep. I would avoid this toxic studio all together. read more

Rhythm an ride is an amazing spin studio. Initially I was only going to support my girlfriend's fitness journey but I have really grown to love their workouts and routines. Vinnie and Lexi are the owners and are always there to help out the most clueless beginners like myself or even some of the more advanced spinners. I was initially discouraged at my first class because honestly my feet hurt and I felt so off beat. Vinnie took time out of his day to help me out and make sure I had proper form and everything and gave me advice to do it better. After practicing using Vinnie's tips I feel more confident in my ability and I am more able to keep up with the class and my feet haven't gone numb again. Vinnie and Lexi really show that they care about their clients by making it a support community. They really fight hard to get everyone involved and they constantly encourage everyone in attendance. Everything about this place from the playlists to the routines to the encouragement is so motivating it's a great addiction to have especially when everyone including owners, employees, and fellow rhythm an riders are pushing you to do your best. It's a great experience and a great way to relieve stress and escape from the monotony of daily life. read more

Where to even begin. I started coming here a few months ago and from the very first day, they made me feel like family. Every class was so much fun, I'd catch myself smiling in the middle of it.
