The equipment really stood out to me. It was very new and they have some very cutting edge stuff. The layout is nice, also. For example they don't have uncomfortably bright ceiling lights that blind you while you're on a bench facing the ceiling. There are mirrors in all the right places so you can observe your form, however they don't create accidental, unwanted eye contact with other lifters. There were other people in the gym while I was there, but there wasn't so many that it ever felt crowded. There are plenty of benches and squat racks to accommodate everybody. The machines are outstanding. This place really does everything right, from little details to big ones. I would very highly recommend Rebirth Lifting Club.

I had heard nothing but bad about the cleanliness of 24 but when I walked through the door all I…read moresmelled was bleach! so I commented that clearly I had picked a good day, or maybe what I'd read was not a fair assessment. the woman who signed me up was really nice and helpful. she did tell me they were going to be closed just not tonight at 10:00pm and be closed for the next week or so, I thought this would be a closure like other24 hr retailers they usually cordon off areas leaving the finished or unfinished areas accessible while the areas being worked on are the only "closed areas" you know they couldn't have been working it all at once? guess it doesn't really matter now. i wasn't ready to work out yet but a shower was gonna feel fabulous! {record scratch) reach for the door. locked! this is my first experience at any gym.i find out later that tomorrow isn't going to be open either! so I paid for a first week and I don't even get to use it. a member who's been there as a customer "for years" was right that members should be compensated for that week! she should have told me to come back in a week. even though the membership cost 1 cent I would have liked the opportunity to know before hand I'm not getting a week shut down so I can decide if I wanted to be shorted on my first month of membership. on the other hand, that young woman was kind and nice she makes a great first impression at 24 I'm still believing this is going to be a good experience and prove the nay sayers wrong or at the very least spark others to come in and give 24 the same chance I am. pssst, please don't let me down 24! Every time I get reminded what a weakling I am mentally and physically especially since I give up easily but JT pushes you in her classes and doesn't let you give up. Solid anytime off Bear Valley and Dunia in the "Dunia Center"…read more I use to frequent this location about a decade ago... recently passed in a few times will visiting family... the equipment is excellent and well managed as is the entire gym that sits in a spacious lot neighboring Wendy's, The Tire Choice and a short walk or 30 second drive over to Kohl's as well as other businesses in this plaza grid. This location is never too over crowded on weekends or late nights, has a great sound system and awesome free wifi... unlike some anytime fitness gyms there are plenty of cardio machines in a wide variety as well as more spacious amounts of room to move weight. I wi say the bathrooms are A-okay, but the showers inside don't offer much privacy with just curtains... neither does the small bolt latch on the door which has definitely been busted or ripped of at one point or another. If you need to shower and are change shy you'll have to lock the door which sucks for when it is busy and people can't use the bathroom until you're complete done as everything is in one room. They have cubbies for storing your belongings inside (no lockers) it's a very neighborhood/community friendly modern gym.
