I started going to Natali in October of 2018, and haven't stopped since. She is great, focuses so…read moremuch on exercises that push you and sets up workouts for you to do yourself. Not to mention she is such a kind hearted person and has such a passion for fitness. I joined her small group Saturday workouts and love how I am feeling. I highly recommend her and If i wasn't moving due to work, would continue for months to come. Thank you Natali for being so supportive of my fitness journey!!

I love how Natali looks at her clients' health holistically and cares not only about your fitness goals, but also about your mental and emotional health. She's so experienced in all aspects of health and I love how her background in bikini competitions makes her the BEST trainer for women looking to firm up those thighs and that booty! I LOVE her customized meal plans-- the recipes are delicious and it's such a luxury having a trainer tell me what to eat to help me reach my goals! I had been going to the gym and dieting for five months before I started training with Natali. I wasn't seeing the results I wanted and was feeling so frustrated and lost. But after just a few weeks of working with Natali, I finally started seeing the results I've been working so hard for! Natali is fun, funny, and super supportive. Regardless of your fitness or diet goals, Natali will meet you exactly where you are and help you on your journey to get where you want to be. I can't recommend Natali enough!!!

Don't be fooled by this nondescript strip mall yoga studio, inside you wild find a lot more!…read more I took a hot yoga class and loved the teacher's descriptive pace, the low lighting of the room, and the perfectly sweatable heat (and the refreshing cool air during shavasana when the teacher cracked the door open). I signed up for unlimited two weeks of classes for $20, a deal even for this typically affordable town. The staff was friendly and answered all of my questions. If you are new to hot yoga it seemed like they were ready to go into a bit of an introduction, but since I shared that I have a lot of experience they quickly moved on and had me on my way. My favorite part was at the end of the class when we were all given cold towels with peppermint essentials oils; I laid mine on my face during shavasana and then wiped down my face, neck, and arms for a refreshing drive home. The bathrooms have showers if that's more convenient.

I've been a fan of Sumits for about 3 years now. The best hot/bikram facilities in town, including…read moreroomy bathrooms with double shower stalls. The staff is Always so friendly - from the front desk to the instructors. The floor is mopped immediately after every class. Hint: They periodically offer 20% discounts on their packages. They're at random times of the year but always around TGiving and their studio's anniversary (whose date naturally escapes me at the moment). One of the things that has really made me loyal is their Instagram yoga feeds during Covid. They're entirely free. I donated a little while back and would encourage all to do so via their web page to help support these volunteer instructors! Namaste :)

Wow, I went to an orientation for their 6 week challenge and found out that you have to put $497…read moredown in order to "have your skin in the game". They sell it as this is a last resort for you to lose weight. You can easily join any gym who has strength training classes and get the same results. I did it before I moved here last year and I lost 42 lb and was on a low carb. This gym just babysits you basically to get results and and hold your feet to the fire or if not, if you can't commit to their timely challenge, then you'll lose your $500. It only be worth it if you can really do it, meaning that you have no other obligations that will interfere with going there 5 times a week. So if you need childcare forget it. Don't do it because they don't have it. Honestly this is an overpriced gym. This gym doesn't have to buy workout machines so there's no maintenance on that equipment or the manpower and extra supplies to wipe down all that machinery so I don't know why there Elite memberships are so damn expensive. It's ridiculous. On top of that during their membership drives they blocked a lot of people from commenting about the way they do things, to include the fact about the up front $497. What kind of company blocks other people from reviewing their company. If you're really THAT good, then you would STAND by your name and fight for your gym. You don't so I'm posting my review from my experience everywhere.

The workouts are great and the staff is really motivating! I really enjoyed going. The only thing…read moreI didn't care for was the advertisement as "free" when the challenges cost anywhere from 59-495 plus they talk you into supplements which are quite pricey (some of them were worth it and some were not, but I didn't know this when I bought them). I didn't necessarily mind paying for the classes because in comparison to CrossFit etc it is reasonably priced but that should have been disclosed prior to signing up for a "free" challenge. Thanks Rachel Knight
