We made a polite call to the office to let them know what had happened and were told that they were very busy and it was hectic at the office, but they would get back to me when they could. I got an email saying that they had lived up to their side of the contract, and regardless of what we had asked for, it was not represented in the contract and if we wanted the job completed it would cost more money. I paid my bill but will not use this company again. They care more about catching you up in the small print and tricking you than running a customer service driven business.

Boy was he right! Dan came with a 90-ton (maybe 110-ton) crane and within no time at all his team of highly professional men took care of business.
