I own my home; talking to the neighbors (renters) yielded contact info for their landlord (absentee owner, who said "it's just a pile of leaves") Their landlord slowly arranged for Cutrite to return to remove the yard waste from my yard. Meanwhile, I decided to remove the pile back to the neighbors since removal taking so long. Coincidentally, Cutrite shows up. I ask if they're the landscaper who did this, and to remove it from my property. Crew leader got very hostile, yelling and cussing. I called Cutrite and explained this; while placing the call the crew drove off without removing the huge pile of yard waste. I was told by the owner that he didn't believe me but would resend the crew at their earliest convenience. (Guess what? They never returned). I spent the afternoon getting their mess off my front yard and back onto the neighbors. Absolutely worthless company. 0/10 do not recommend.

I feel like a trespasser in my own backyard…read more I mean wow! It looks like a completely different yard. We originally called Brayan from Vert because we thought we'd be able to tackle all but it proved to be way too much to take on. There was ivy growing everywhere, an abundance of weeds, and a BUNCH of yard waste left by the previous owners that was harmful to our dogs. Brayan was able to clear our half acre backyard out with ease, and what would've taken us weeks took him just one day. He was knowledgeable about which plants were harmful to our pets and even showed us some azaleas we didn't know we had growing. He was patient with our (overly) friendly pups and so kind. We will definitely be using Vert for the rest of our lawn care needs.
