After I sent a message re: the "no call, no show" I received a response saying that they didn't come because I said that other companies were going to come and give me a price. I never told them not to come, and if they didn't want to bother they could have said so. But they made an appointment for that afternoon and then when they didn't show they acted like it was because other companies were coming out - which they knew when they made the appointment. So they don't show and then lie about it.

Now we have had four large trees laying the yard for 3 weeks, and we can't move them ourselves. After almost a month and all the excuses, we need these trees removed, so we are having to contact other companies to see if they do the job.
