I'm not an overly emotional person; maybe it was just the timing or something. Maybe just the human connection that I was t expecting from a Door Dash delivery? Whatever it was, it got me good. I wasn't substituting anything--I was literally asking them to leave ingredients off the salad. When I questioned it, I was told, 'It's just our policy.' I've never encountered a restaurant that charges customers extra for eating less food, especially when it's due to allergies. The salad was fine, but charging allergy-sensitive customers more for a safe meal is disappointing and not customer-friendly.

You are instructed to meet at the base of the slopes and be ready to roll at 6:30pm sharp! I had a reservation for 6 to share in the experience, with two additional adults added the day before. We were all checked in by 6:20pm. We were told that someone with the company didn't know about the two additions, so we spent 15 embarrassing minutes on the phone as the owner was adamant we put her in an awkward position. After they realized the additional people were indeed reserved, we pulled out close to 6:50pm. It takes literally 20 minutes to make it to the top of the mountain at the yurt. Delicious salads were waiting at your reserved tables. Afterwards you were given about 20 minutes to hang out on the large deck to take in the views. Dinner bell rings summoning you back to your table for incredibly delicious salmon or filet entrees! Cooked perfectly, and paired with wonderful homemade mashed potatoes and sautéed vegetables, this was a wonderful meal! We enjoyed perhaps 20 more minutes outside before being surrounded inside for a wonderful fondue dessert. The staff then embarrassingly comes by your table to inform you that they need tips to be able to make ANYTHING on the $155 per person meal!
