I rode my bike across the state of Iowa in a recreational bike ride now for the past two years and have trained for and completed multiple Chicago marathons. I exercise at the local YMCA 3-4 times a week and go to hot yoga classes at least three times a week in addition to running and biking every chance I get....With all that said, NONE of this prepared me for what I experienced when I met Brian and walked into Techny Fitness! I was naively skeptical that Brian could teach this aging old dog new tricks. But Brian is a fitness guru and has showed me exercises I never knew existed. I've worked muscles I never knew I had. After five sessions at Techny Fitness I feel like I've accomplished more than five months solo at the YMCA. He's always got a new piece of equipment to show me or a new routine that completely blows my mind and exhausts my body. Brian has over ten years experience as a personal trainer, and has an endless wealth of knowledge when it comes the human anatomy, diet and of course training the body. The facility is located in a racket ball court with forty foot ceilings in a cool, dry basement.
