Not only did she fully release that constant tension (and I feel fantastic today) but also helped me understand the cause of the issues. I was diagnosed with a bulging disc in my neck and my doctor recommended I get massages to help relieve the tension I was suffering from in my neck and back. On my first massage she made sure to ask me where I had the most pain and listened to my body's reaction. I sit a lot all day on the computer.
