The venue is very beautiful, just like the photos with lush garden, beautiful fountain, and an air of dreaminess. The manor itself is very spacious and there is lots of photo opportunities. Even just coming here for a photo session is worth it in my opinion (and more affordable). The neighbourhood isn't as nice as the manor, it's stuck beside an apartment building which is kind of interesting but can easily be avoided in your outdoor pictures.

This place is set in a beautifully treed and landscaped grounds and offers a lovely environment for the campers to enjoy their time both inside and outside. The gallery portion has an ongoing exhibits year round and they have artist workshops and studios where they offer classes throughout the year. Our 'Day-Of' staff was excellent. I can't remember the Hall manager, but she was super helpful and friendly. She provided any help to our guests and vendors. Meyer was AMAZING! He was great to work with and coordinated between our AV supplier, the band/DJ and our MC. The music and speeches sounded great, and the lighting was beautiful. The food was delicious, even though my husband and I didn't get a chance to get a lot of it as we were non-stop running around! Our guests mentioned they really enjoyed the main dining meals, hors d'oeuvres and drinks. Depending on your bar package that you select, there may be limited variety of liquors so make sure to double check with the venue before you choose your package. The Bridal Suite was great, there is a sink and plenty of natural light, coffee table and couches around. However, it would've been nice to have a bathroom stall available as well, as people had to change in the public bathroom next door. A few of us had to use the accessible restroom to change/freshen up - not a huge deal though just not so much privacy. It would also be nice to have a hook or a rack for keeping our dresses/suits/change of clothes organized and easy for changing/steaming.They gifted us chocolate dipped strawberries which was a nice touch. It would be nice if there was larger mirror (full length would be ideal) and more counter space or table to place stuff on. We had a wonderful time at the Guild Inn. It was a bit overwhelming - and a bit humbling to walk in here for the first time and take everything in. This is a sprawling space that offers some of the best food I've had at an event hall in a very long time, and the event was an interesting and fascinating experience. We enjoyed salmon, salad, roasted red peppers, mini potatoes and all the bread and wine we could handle. And the baklava. OH MY GOD THE BAKLAVA. And it was the nice, light baklava that was handmade. I ate like half the plate when they brought it - don't judge me, I'm a growing boy. I will be the first to tell you that I am not literate in Greek culture, so it took some time to acclimate to their customs. When in doubt, kiss the hands of your elders and hug everyone you can. It was very interesting to see the reverence the assembled guests (including several politicians) had for the academy, which is affiliated with Saint-Paul University and teaches young men to be priests.
